Stuck No More Voices
You built the credibility. You have the calling. Now it is time to build the platform that was always meant to carry it.
Welcome to the Stuck No More Voices Podcast, hosted by Theresa Croft — voice strategist, on-air broadcaster at Victory 91.5, and founder of the Stuck No More Voices Executive Cohort.
This show is built for the Christian CEO, the faith-based executive, the woman in ministry or marketplace who has done the deep work and still feels like her voice has not reached the room it was made for. Every episode moves you from invisible to positioned, from stalled to strategically launched.
Through three platforms, one being E.V.O.I.C.E. Method™ — a proven framework covering Executive Identity, Vision and Value, Offer Ecosystem, Influence Platform, Content Strategy, and Expansion — Theresa equips established Christian women leaders with the tools to grow their voice platforms with the addition of The Voice Amplifer (AI), and the Platformed Voice, monetize their message, and integrate AI-powered systems that create lasting visibility without burnout.
This is where platform strategy meets Holy Spirit clarity. Where neuroscience-backed communication tools meet faith-rooted identity. Where your story stops being your liability and starts becoming your greatest leadership credential.
Theresa also leads women through the Stuck No More Voices Executive Cohort and speaks weekly into thousands of lives across radio, digital media, and live platform experiences.
With 26 years in media, 17 years in on-air radio, and a background as Social Media Director for the Passion Translation Bible project, Theresa brings rare authority to the intersection of faith, identity, and visibility strategy for Christian women leaders.

Welcome & The "Not Ready" Lie
Speaker 1Hey friend, welcome back to the Stuck no More Voices podcast. I'm so glad you're here. If you've ever felt the nudge to start to create and maybe a podcast, right. But that voice whispers inside of you I'm just not ready. This one, this episode, is for you, because I know there might be a woman listening right now who loves Jesus deeply but feel stuck staring at the dream in her heart and second guessing herself at every turn. I've been there, so I know that feeling. Maybe you're hoping God will give you like a clear sign, clarity, confidence, or even maybe a sign that you're not crazy for wanting to step out. And here's my promise to you by the end of this episode you'll know that God has already equipped you and you'll feel the courage to take your next faithful step even before you feel ready. So let's dive in.
My Radio Station Story
Speaker 1Let's talk about the lie of I'm not ready. It shows up as procrastination and perfectionist or waiting until life is perfect. I always say imperfect action is better than no action. Or maybe you said I'll start when the kids are older, when my finances are better, when I feel more confident. But Ecclesiastes 11, verse 4, says Farmers who wait for perfect weather never plant. If they watch every cloud, they never harvest. Friend, if you wait for perfect conditions, you'll never start. I know this firsthand.
Speaker 1I remember a while ago, quite a while ago, when I was working as a radio announcer. I had no experience, but God opened the door. That's a whole other story in itself, but the boss was very intimidating to me. He would go into the control room when I was on like the afternoon shift and he would criticize me. I'm on the air and he would be. It's kind of like a football coach going in the huddle of a star quarterback, but getting in the huddle and start telling him what to do, I really felt swallowed by doubt, ready to give up. But one morning, in the middle of all that pressure, I heard God whisper. And I'm admitting it now. I've never told anyone this. Teresa, I have anointed your voice. Whether you're giving the weather or news, my or my word, your voice will carry my voice. That changed everything, because my boss said I had a voice that was like a kid's voice. But I knew my obedience was simple. I didn't quit. He criticized me. I didn't feel like I could be on a Christian radio station without feeling the love of Jesus. I went into his office and put the key on the desk and said can't do it. He immediately jumped up and put me on a more gentler shift. And guess what? I was on that shift where I found my voice because it had a prayer time.
God Calls the Willing
Speaker 1So, friend, hear me. The lie of I'm not ready wants to silence you. God has already anointed your voice. And that brings me to something I need you to know. Here's the truth. God doesn't call the ready, he calls the willing.
Speaker 1Think about Moses in Exodus 4, 10 through 12. He told God I'm not eloquent, I'm slow of speech. And God replied now go, I will help you speak and will teach you what to say. David was a shepherd boy before he became king. The disciples were fishermen before they were world changers. God doesn't call the equipped, he equips those. He calls those that he tugs on their heart. He's equipping you, friend.
Three Keys to Break Free
Speaker 1So let me give you three keys to break free from that creative paralysis. Number one write these down. Shift from perfection to progress. So stop chasing flawless beginnings. Celebrate small, imperfect steps. Focus on who sent you. You know your confidence can come from the caller, god, who put his finger on your heart and said yeah, I gave you that message. Yeah, he really gave you that desire to speak it On a podcast.
Speaker 1Yes, I'm calling you, but I'm not calling you because of your credentials. Remember his words 2 Corinthians 12, verse 9. My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. Take the next faithful step. That's point number three. Take the next faithful step. God isn't asking you for the whole plan, just the next yes. That one phone call, that first draft, that prayer. Saying yes is the key that opens the door to the next door to progress. Saying yes is world-changing. If, in your yes, obedience unlocks clarity. If, in your yes, obedience unlocks clarity, not the other way around Obedience to that calling of saying yes. So, friend, hear me, you are more than ready than you think. You're not behind, you're not too late. God is faithful. Start with what's in your hand.
Speaker 1Go a few episodes back the widow Elisha. She was in debt. And what did Elisha say? What do you have in the house? She had a jar of oil. You may have a computer, you may have an iPhone that can record your voice. Right now, readiness is not about you, it's about him. God will handle what's in your future.
Prayer for Courage
Speaker 1Let's take a moment to think and pray over these truths and I think I'm going to pray for you. Sometimes I pray, sometimes I don't, but I think I need to pray. Father. God, I thank you for every woman that's listening right now. They may be driving in the car, they may be fixing dinner, they may just have a long time. And, god, I thank you.
Speaker 1You see your heart, as we draw near to you. It says in the word you draw near to us. So we're drawing near to you, and thank you that. You see your heart. It might be hesitation, it might be, oh. I know I have a dream. You see the dream because you placed, you see her heart. It might be hesitation, it might be, oh. I know I have a dream. You see the dream because you placed it inside her. So, father God, give her holy courage.
Speaker 1Reminder, you don't expect her to be perfect. She just has to be present, maybe even just obedient to what you're calling her, and it doesn't make sense in her mind, but maybe it does that phone call, that text, and she says yes. So, father God, I thank you for this woman's faithfulness, who's listening right now. I thank you that you can remind her. She is enough that you call her your much-loved daughter, that you see her and she matters. Pray all this in Jesus's name, amen.
Call to Action & Closing
Speaker 1So if this encouraged you today, would you do two things for me First, share with a friend who needs a reminder that she's not stuck, she's equipped. And second, I'd love if you could subscribe and take a few minutes to leave a review so this message can reach more women like this. You can also find me on instagram at theresa croft, and be looking in the show notes for a free webinar, so you you can get an idea backseat. Look what does it really mean to start a podcast with simple tools that are easy to use. And don't forget this the lie that says I'm not ready, but the truth is, with God, you already are. So I'll talk to you in the next time on the Second Normal Voices podcast.
