Through three platforms, one being E.V.O.I.C.E. Method™ — a proven framework covering Executive Identity, Vision and Value, Offer Ecosystem, Influence Platform, Content Strategy, and Expansion — Theresa equips established Christian women leaders with the tools to grow their voice platforms with the addition of The Voice Amplifer (AI), and the Platformed Voice, monetize their message, and integrate AI-powered systems that create lasting visibility without burnout.
This is where platform strategy meets Holy Spirit clarity. Where neuroscience-backed communication tools meet faith-rooted identity. Where your story stops being your liability and starts becoming your greatest leadership credential.

Framing The Core Claim
SPEAKER_00But here's what I need you to hear loud and clear. Chat GPT does not, cannot, and will never replace the Holy Spirit. No, it's a tool. Hey friend, and welcome to today's episode of the Stuck No More Voices Podcast. I'm Teresa Croft, and I'm so honored you're here. Before we dive in real quick, don't forget to check out the show notes because you can join me right after this episode for a free webinar. It's linked in the show notes. It's all about the Stuck No More Voices Academy, where I help Christian businesswomen like you step up to the mic and speak from the overflow of your relationship with God. You'll also learn how to use two powerful AI tools to make podcasting simple, strategic, and spirit-led. Now, since I talk a lot about overflow, and I know there's actually some of you in the academy that are listening right now and watching me, I want to pause and clarify something, not just for this academy, but also on this podcast episode, especially as we begin our journey into using AI tools, because today's conversation is very close to my heart. I'm ready to speak truth. We're talking about what it really means to create from the overflow as we do get into tools on content and productivity, as you're going to see if you're in this academy. I need to say this clearly though. Creating from the overflow doesn't begin with a podcast mic or a prompt or a strategy, it begins with presence, God's presence. Let me share an experience. You know what I found, and I even show this in a bonus module inside the academy. Sometimes, right in the middle of my time with God, a podcast is born. Let me share an experience. Now I don't go to my relationship with God, I don't go to my Jesus and coffee with an idea that I'm going to do an episode. I was simply talking with the Lord, journaling and reading his word. If I remember correctly, this was right before my diagnosis of cancer. So I remember one morning in particular, I was wrestling through a paragraph that had really stirred my heart alongside a scripture I had just read. I want to understand this more. I took that thought and asked my GPT. My GPT is trained to know my voice. GPT is inside chat GPT. We talk about that in the Stuck No More Voices Academy. But I wanted to help me expound on it. So you know what I did? I read what came back. I put it in there. I said, help me out with this. I kind of just can't remember exactly what I prompted, but I'm like, I need a deeper understanding of this. As I read what came back, as I was reading it, a worship song suddenly started playing on my iPad. Right there in the stillness. And then that moment I was like undone because that song, alongside what I was reading, brought back to me a morning years and years ago. It was early. I remember sitting in my chair, and I remember watching the sun start to rise. It was quiet, it was holy. I was in a chair with the word of God open, and my daughter was next to me on the couch reading her Bible. And the song, the word, the memory, the GPT words aligned with it all. It wasn't just a thought anymore, it was a message. Now hear me. I did not sit down that morning to create a podcast. But out of the overflow, one emerged. Yeah, that's overflow. Of course, a lot of times I do pause, I pray, I ask the Holy Spirit, is this something I'm meant to share? And as always, he is never wrong. So let me give you a few points why I'm so passionate about that. Number one, your quiet time is not a strategy meeting. Let's get that straight right from the start. Your quiet time with God is not a content planning session. Like I don't go to my quiet time like for a podcast episode. I just go to my quiet time, Jesus and coffee, and enjoy his presence. I hear women say, Well, I go to my Bible and I hope I can get something to turn into a podcast. No, that's still going to your quiet time for not just his presence, but you got an agenda. You know, love about God, he's not about agenda, he's about relationship. Okay, so that's not overflow, that's strategy. And while there's nothing wrong with strategy, it doesn't replace intimacy. Intimacy with God is the bottom, is the wellspring from which so many good words emerge. Okay. Number two, wisdom does flow from the secret place. Proverbs 25 says this the purpose, the purposes of a person's heart are deep waters, but one who has insight draws them out. Wisdom lives deep within us, planted there by the Holy Spirit. And in that secret place, during those still quiet moments, God draws those deep waters up to the surface. It's like in the womb of intimacy comes overflow. Sometimes you do leave your quiet times with tears, sometimes with peace, sometimes with a word, sometimes with a sword, and other times you flee full, but not because of what you heard, but because of who you are with God. It's your identity, it's about who you are and whose you are, and from that place, from being full, that we create. That's what I mean when I'm talking about overflow. Point number three, if you're not listening now, listen. Think I don't want you to keep your eyes on the road if you're listening, but if you're folded and close, I just want you to lean in on this one. Or if you're just hanging out, you've been hanging with me so far, but I really want this next point, it is really dear. I'm very passionate about it because it's been so misunderstood. Okay. You're in your you're in, you're spending time with God, and sometimes chat GPT comes into the picture. Let me be honest. I use it, I love it. It's helped me take what's been stirring in my spirit and shaping it into something clear, focused, and ready to release. It saves me time, it helps me organize a swirl of revelation that sometimes hits all at once. But here's what I need you to hear loud and clear. Chat GPT does not, cannot, and will never replace the Holy Spirit. No, it's a tool, it can help you in your creativity, but it's the Holy Spirit that's the creator. Look at God in the beginning of the world. What did he do? He spoke and it happened. Holy Spirit can help you in clarity, and you can use Chat GPT to clarify things with the Holy Spirit leading you in the way. And the Holy Spirit is the calling. So ChatGPT is just a tool, like a pen. It can be used good for the good things or bad things, or like a microphone. Someone could speak in this microphone and really uplift and encourage, and others can use this microphone for negative things. Helpful? Absolutely. Holy, not even close. If the Lord gives me a word, something birthed in the secret place, I may use Chat GPT to help me format it, expand it, or bring it into a podcast or blog, or bring it into my notebook where I can clarify it even more in my writing. But the source of the word, that's not AI. That's not tech, that's not human effort. The source is not tech, it's not human effort, it is the Holy Spirit, that gift God gave us when we came to know him, when he opened the eyes of our heart that we could know him. When, like it says, even while we're still sinners, Christ died for us. And when Christ died and came back, the Holy Spirit, after he was ascended into heaven, the Holy Spirit swoosh, whooshed down on those disciples. And all of a sudden, things were like, whoa, they were depressed, he was dead, they thought, then he came back and then he left them with the Holy Spirit, and that's the Holy Spirit He leaves with you as you come to know Him. He's the one who breathes life into your messages, he's the one who gives discernment on what to say, how to say it, and when to release it. And he's never wrong. So, yes, use the tools. Those of you in the academy, you're gonna learn. We're gonna go through the two tools, Chat GPT and descript step by step. But remind remember, Chat GPT may assist you, my friend, but it will never anoint you. That's the Holy Spirit job, and He does it perfectly. So I want you to ask yourself a point to think about overflow versus obligation. I want to ask you yourself, am I creating because I'm full or because I feel pressured that I gotta put out a podcast episode? I haven't put one out in a little while. No, that's the difference between flow and force. When I'm creating from the overflow, I'm not striving, I'm not hustling because I know from past experiences when I strive and when I hustle, there's no creativity in that. It's usually surrounded by fear and pressure that's coming from yourself, it comes from chasing. No, the overflow is not about chasing, and it's not about being overwhelmed, it's just sharing what he's already poured in me, in you. Friend, you do not have to perform for your platform, you don't have to squeeze a sermon out of every scripture. You just have to be with him, and from there, he'll show you what to release and when. So I want to speak something over you, friend. Just let me speak something over you. Close your eyes if you're driving. Please don't. But I want to say, may you keep your quiet time sacred, not as a box to check, but as a holy place where heaven meets your heart. May wisdom rise in the secret place, not rushed, not forced, but drawn gently from the deep wells within you. May you use every tool God places in your hand, but never let a tool lead, where only the spirit should guide. And above all, may you create from overflow, not obligation, from fullness, not hustle, not pressure, from presence, not performance. You see, you're not just a content creator, friend. Listen, I'm talking to you. You are a vessel of glory, a messenger of hope, and a daughter who dwells in the secret place. You carry like Mary. Let every idea be surrendered, and let every creation carry the fragrance of his presence. You're not just a podcaster, you're not just a content creator, you're a vessel, a messenger, a kingdom woman, and what you carry is holy. So thanks for hanging out with me today.
