A Call To Rise And Speak

SPEAKER_00

Your voice is rising. Your sound is sacred. Heaven has heard your whisper and will amplify your yes. You're not forgotten in the silence. You're not too late, too broken, or too small. The language of faith is your inheritance.

Welcome And Episode Focus

SPEAKER_00

Hey friends, I'm so glad you're joining us for the Steck No More Voices podcast, where we love to speak life, truth, and freedom into the places where silence and shame once lived. So glad you're here. Today we're talking about something very close to my heart, something that came out of the overflow, and that is using the language of faith. To overcome doubt, the language of faith, especially when it comes to finding and releasing your God-given voice, whether you're dreaming of launching a podcast, stepping into a new season in your business, or simply trying to speak again after one of those hard silences. This is for you.

Scripture Anchor And Invitation

SPEAKER_00

Let's start with these words from Luke 1, verse 45. Blessed is she who believed that the Lord would fulfill his promises to her. Now, this verse is like a gentle nudge, and it might be saying something to you that comes in a roar to every woman who wonders. Did God really say that? By the way, if this message speaks to you today, check out the Secnomer Voices webinar linked in the show notes. More about that at the end. Just listen here and you can go straight there.

Personal Story Of Pain And Overflow

SPEAKER_00

All right, let me take you back to my story when my voice felt buried under pain and how God met me there with the language of faith. And it's a very troubling time in my life, in my marriage, when I wondered if it was just better to stay muted, fade in the background, and just suffer in silence. Just be like you're almost dead. God still had this passion He gave me for women to find their voice. I would listen as I spent time with Him. He would speak to me. Out of the overflow came this phrase, listen to the vine dresser. And I'd write out what he said. It usually came at one of my most painful moments. Like if I was to show you my heart, it would be cut and bleeding from words, from denials, from criticism. For example, let me give you a piece of the vine dresser. This isn't as gushy of a one, but it's

“Listen To The Vinedresser” Words

SPEAKER_00

real. This is listen to the vine dresser. Focus not on the pretenders whose true membership is in the club of the enemy. You cannot fight to take ground from the enemy if he has found ground in you with offenses you hold. Don't look at those who mock and speak evil of you. The majesty of my love for you will confront their pretensions and they will acknowledge it's you who I've set my love on. Did you hear that, child? It's you who I've set my everlasting love on. Now I couldn't conjure these up. I couldn't just sit down and say, okay, I want to find your place. No, it would just come from my overflow. And like I said, usually out of some pain or something I was wrestling with. But it was a spark that helped me continue to fight for my voice and the voices of others. I didn't know it, but I was creating the way God creates, and that gave me the courage and the energy to fight for my voice. I even had a redeem your voice camp back then, a long time ago. And it really, I have to tell you, the vine dresser words really played a role in getting women into this camp. I would interview them one-on-one, and a couple just said, I just wanted to meet the person who's writing, listen to the vine dresser. So I had a redeem your voice count. But I got to tell you, I didn't speak of the uh anguish. I spoke out of the overflow. I taught about

Creating From Overflow And Identity

SPEAKER_00

identity, but I was teaching from the overflow of what I was learning. I was attending the Bethel School of Supernatural, and the first year is a lot about identity. So that cloud that class was just confirming what I did know about my identity.

Zechariah And Mary Compared

SPEAKER_00

So as we look at this, I want you to look at two characters in the Bible. Let's look at Zechariah and Mary. Two people, same angel, same miraculous nose, but two different responses. Zechariah, he questioned God's promises and his doubt, caused him his voice, at least for a season. I also talk about Zechariah in episode 286, Voiceless No More in the Steck No More podcast. Check it out. Now, Mary, on the other hand, said, Be it unto me according to your word. That, my friend, is the language of faith. Friend, here's the truth doubt doesn't disqualify you, but staying silent, it can delay the breakthrough. Have you ever had a Zachariah moment where God promised felt too good to believe? And you doubted and you looked at it, you examined it, it's just too good to believe. Or a merry moment where even in fear you whispered, God, I hear you, I want to believe you. All things are possible with you. Think about this.

Agreeing With Heaven’s Perspective

SPEAKER_00

When we speak what God sees, even when we don't see it yet, we come into agreement with heaven. That's not hype, that's scripture. The language of faith isn't always having the right words either. It's about having the right well, the overflow, the incubator of God's presence, that deep well that comes from sitting in his presence. And out of the overflow, there's

Three Ways To Reclaim Your Voice

SPEAKER_00

this intimacy with God. Romans 10, verse 17 says, Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. You hear him, you write it down, you declare it, you create with him, you build again with words, you create the way God creates. Now, here are three ways to reclaim your voice. Get a pen. I want you to write these down. Okay, I can't wait here, but you can pause it. All right. Number one, journal what God says. Write it even if your hands are trembling. Now, I had a cataract for years and never got it fixed until about the time my husband passed. So I had this iPad connected to a Logitech Tech keyboard and I would type, just so you know. And today I still do it. But I've read that there's something about your hand writing that connects to your heart. I do write mostly in the form of metacogs, if you know what those are, but I still journal on what God is saying on my iPad. But write what is He saying just to you, keep it private. That's between you and God. No one gets to read it. Number two, create with God, don't wait until it's perfect. Build in the Ra. Let your obedience be worship. Write it out, lay it bare. You can maybe get some shame. Say, God, this is what I'm dealing with. And then let the Holy Spirit be a balm to your wounds. Like the balmagile talked about in scripture. The balm of Gilead not only took the sting away, it healed the wound. And number three, speak aloud. Start small. Read scripture over yourself. Look in the mirror in the morning and prophesy over yourself.

Permission, Obedience, And Unique Sound

SPEAKER_00

You are a Muslim daughter. You are called, you have a voice. Just look in that mirror and speak. You can prophesy life into your dreams. Even if your voice shakes, I encourage you to speak. You don't need a platform. You need permission. And God already gave it to you. I love it when you feel like someone's giving you permission. I remember I was in this side note, I was in a meeting in the very beginning about a couple of years ago, and my friend, who's now my friend, my therapist, then she says, I want to use this to bank 80 videos. I'll never forget it. I took my glasses off because I had to see very well. And I said, You're telling me to create 80 videos? It's like you're giving me permission. Sometimes you need that. If you ever thought, who am I to speak? Let me tell you, friend, you are his. And he gave you a voice, he intends it to be heard. Your podcast doesn't have to sound like anyone else's. Your brand doesn't have to call the formula. Your yes is powerful, and your obedience is already breaking chains. Your podcast does not have to sound like anyone else's. One of the members of our community, her name's Jenny, and she lives on a farm, a milk farm that her family owns, and she goes for these walks early in the morning as the sun's finding its place to rise with her dogs, and God would just download things to her. And she spoke, she was talking to moms, to women who are striving, women who are saying the wrong things over herself, over their self. She's so powerful. Farm girl, speaking the word. Your podcast doesn't have to sound like anyone else's. Your brand doesn't have to copy a formula. Your yes is powerful, and your obedience, it's already breaking chains. So let your mic be your altar, let your business

Blessing And Declaration Over Listeners

SPEAKER_00

be your worship, let your voice resound from heaven as a warrior, ready to take captive back from the enemy. Women who are shaken in their voice, shaken in their purpose. Like you get to speak to the person you once were. So to the woman who doubts her voice, to the dreamer afraid to speak, to the warrior whispering through tears, can I make a declaration over you? Think of it as God, Holy Spirit speaking to you. Close your eyes if you can. If you're driving, please don't close your eyes. Your voice is rising, your sound is sacred. Heaven has heard your whisper and will amplify your yes. You're not forgotten in the silence, you're not too late, too broken, or too small. The language of faith is your inheritance. Speak, daughter, create, believe again, because your father still speaks in his words, never return void. Go forth and speak. Heaven is waiting on your sound.
