Have you ever felt God calling you to step out… but it looked reckless to everyone around you?

In this episode of the Stuck No More Voices Podcast, we talk about what it means to walk in reckless belief — the kind of faith that trusts God even when the step forward feels bold, visible, and uncertain.

Many executive women feel a deep calling to share their message, grow their influence, and serve others through their expertise. Yet fear, doubt, and lack of structure often keep their voice hidden.

In this conversation, we explore how faith and strategy work together when God calls you to lead.

You’ll discover:

• Why trusting God can look reckless to the world
 • How to move forward even when obstacles and distractions appear
 • Why your voice is part of your leadership assignment
 • How podcasting can become a powerful platform to connect with the people you are called to serve

God is calling many women further into the deep — to speak, to lead, and to build platforms that carry their message with clarity and impact.

Your voice is not just content.

It is connection, influence, and leadership.

If you know there is more inside of you that needs to be expressed, this episode will encourage you to take the next step with bold faith and strategic wisdom.

Welcome And Core Theme

SPEAKER_00

Let me ask you something. Have you ever felt God prompting you to step forward, to speak, to build something, to say yes to a calling? And the moment you consider it, the thought crosses your mind, this feels so reckless. Have you ever noticed that the very thing God is asking you to do can look reckless to everyone else? Hey, welcome to the Stag No More Voices podcast. I'm Teresa Croft. This is where executive women of faith learn how to step into the authority of their voice, build thought leadership, and create platforms that expand their impact. Because your voice is not just a message. Your voice is an assignment. And this season, I'm especially passionate about helping women build a strong foundation for the message God has placed inside of them. Podcasting is one powerful way to do that, but before strategy, before systems, before platforms, there must be belief. The kind of belief that moves when God speaks. The kind that says, yes, Lord, even when the step feels so uncertain.

Confidence In God, Not Carelessness

SPEAKER_00

Today we're talking about reckless belief to step out. So settle in for a moment and let's talk. Reckless belief starts with confidence in God, point number one. It's not about being careless, it's about trusting God completely. Many powerful women limit their prayers. They may limit their steps, they may even limit their impact. Now, why is that? Because they're cautious in their belief. But when your confidence is in God, something dramatically shifts. To people who do not know him, that kind of trust and that kind of shift you're making, it looks strange. But when you pray in the Holy Spirit, your perspective changes. You begin to see the resources of heaven. You begin to realize something powerful. God is not distant. He is your father, and you are his daughter. And daughters move differently, not in fear, but in trust. Romans 8 15 says, We have received the spirit of adoption by whom we cry, Abba, Father. When you know who your father is, you begin to move differently in leadership. When you know your father looks at you as his much loved daughter, your movement changes in belief.

A Personal Calling And Radio Return

SPEAKER_00

Let me share something personal with you. I was called back to a radio station where I had worked for 15 years. Worked there as a wife and then a mother to young children. Fifteen really great years. But after 18 years, they invited me back. Husband had passed, children are old. And earlier that same year, I was trying to just think about some things, and I felt a strong word from the Lord that I was called to be a voice revivalist. I got a little help from ChatGPT on that one. What is fascinating now is this station changed its format. Today it's called Victory 91.5, The Sound of Revival. No, I just kind of, how can you not think, okay, God, thank you. I think I'm getting what you're saying. Now, listen, I do not have the most popular time slot, but God has been teaching me something powerful. He's been teaching me how to speak to the one, not the thousands. And when you learn to speak to the one person God has assigned to you, something shifts. This is actually how the Holy Spirit began teaching me to podcasts. So today, as I speak to you, yeah, I'm talking to you, I can see you, kinda. So grab that cup of coffee, okay, or tea, and let's go a little deeper.

Speaking To One And Resisting Distraction

SPEAKER_00

If you got to pause it to get your coffee, that's just fine. Sometimes you may feel the resistance. You may even feel like you're striving. And that is where many people begin to question if they should keep moving forward. But listen to this. Sometimes the waves come to convince you to stop moving, but the waves are not there to stop you. They're simply there to distract you. The waves are distractions. So keep moving. Point number two. So when God calls you forward, resistance will appear, doubt may appear, unexpected challenges may appear, but here's something the Lord showed me. The waves are not proof you are off course. Often they are proof that you are moving toward the deeper place God called you to. And the instruction from the Lord is very simple. Keep moving and trusting. No striving, just abiding, not forcing, but believing.

Keep Moving Through The Waves

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, just keep moving forward in faith. Because when God calls you forward, he also promises something. Isaiah 43, verse 2 says, I will sustain you. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you. Often when you are called to something, God's grace will come in that moment, in that season. Notice the scripture though. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you. It doesn't say if you pass through the waters, it says when. But the promise is this God will be with you, his grace will guide you, and his strength will be there for you.

From Inspiration To Structure

SPEAKER_00

Reckless belief builds structure. Belief must be built into a structure. And this is where many people, powerful women, get stuck. They believe the message God gave them, but they never built the structure that carries the message. Right now, God is calling many women into greater leadership positions with their business, with their calling, into greater influence that impacts. Now, inspiration is great, but influence impacts. And one of the most powerful platforms available today is podcasting. You may already have a podcast and you realize that. Because podcasting allows you to speak consistently, it allows people to hear your heart. It builds trust. And it helps position you as a thought leader in your field. But listen, listen, podcasting is not just about recording episodes. It becomes part of a larger

Community, Calling, And Leadership

SPEAKER_00

structure, a system, an ecosystem that carries your message further. You have built businesses, you have made strong decisions, but sometimes what is missing is not passion, but that structure, having the right framework, the right guidance, the right community around you. Because expansion really happens in isolation. Often it grows in rooms where someone can see the assignment on your life and help you steward it well. Sometimes stepping into leadership feels reckless. But remember this: God is the Alpha and the Omega. He knows the beginning and the end. Revelation 22, 13 refers to God as the Alpha and Omega. So when He calls you into deeper waters, He's not asking you to swim alone. He's asking you to trust Him more and trust Him to bring the right people to swim with you. Let me speak directly to your heart for a moment. You're not creating content just to go numbers. You are creating moments of recognition. Your ideal client does not need hype. She needs permission. She needs to be seen. She needs clarity. She needs someone like you who carries

From Information To Revelation

SPEAKER_00

both pastoral wisdom and a business strategic structure. Before we close today, I want to encourage you to do something real simple. Maybe listen to this episode again. But this time don't just listen with your mind. Sit quietly in his presence. For me, it's Jesus and coffee in God's presence. Because when you sit with the Lord, something powerful happens. A message moves from information to revelation. And in that place with him, the overflow will come for you personally, from his heart to yours. If something inside you has been stirring as you listen today, if you know God has placed a message inside of you, but not you're not sure how to build the structure around it, I want to invite you to take

Voice Assessment And Executive Cohort

SPEAKER_00

a first step. Right now, the voice assessment is available. This assessment will help you answer questions to see if podcasting or even improving your podcast is needed. And when you finish the assessment, you will move to a webinar. Well, I'll explain more about this executive cohort in a little more detail, including simple training that will show you how to begin building a voice-centered ecosystem that includes podcasting as a powerful connection strategy. Now, this is not just a podcast course, no, no, no, no. It is an executive cohort for women ready to steward their message well. You can find the link in the show notes because the world does not need more noise, but it does need you. A woman God has called to speak and lead. And maybe, just maybe, this is the season where your reckless belief becomes the step that changes everything.

Closing Charge To Step Out

SPEAKER_00

So until next time, I'm Teresa Croft, encouraging you to step out in reckless belief. I'll talk to you in the next episode of the Stuck No More Voices Podcast.
