Stuck No More Voices
You built the credibility. You have the calling. Now it is time to build the platform that was always meant to carry it.
Welcome to the Stuck No More Voices Podcast, hosted by Theresa Croft — voice strategist, on-air broadcaster at Victory 91.5, and founder of the Stuck No More Voices Executive Cohort.
This show is built for the Christian CEO, the faith-based executive, the woman in ministry or marketplace who has done the deep work and still feels like her voice has not reached the room it was made for. Every episode moves you from invisible to positioned, from stalled to strategically launched.
Through three platforms, one being E.V.O.I.C.E. Method™ — a proven framework covering Executive Identity, Vision and Value, Offer Ecosystem, Influence Platform, Content Strategy, and Expansion — Theresa equips established Christian women leaders with the tools to grow their voice platforms with the addition of The Voice Amplifer (AI), and the Platformed Voice, monetize their message, and integrate AI-powered systems that create lasting visibility without burnout.
This is where platform strategy meets Holy Spirit clarity. Where neuroscience-backed communication tools meet faith-rooted identity. Where your story stops being your liability and starts becoming your greatest leadership credential.
Theresa also leads women through the Stuck No More Voices Executive Cohort and speaks weekly into thousands of lives across radio, digital media, and live platform experiences.
With 26 years in media, 17 years in on-air radio, and a background as Social Media Director for the Passion Translation Bible project, Theresa brings rare authority to the intersection of faith, identity, and visibility strategy for Christian women leaders.

You have spent years building expertise, leading teams, and solving problems that others could not. But if someone Googled your name right now, would they find a voice that matches your level or would they find silence?
In this episode of the Stuck No More Voices podcast, Theresa Croft speaks directly to high achieving faith driven executives and leaders who know they carry more than what the world can currently hear. This is not a conversation about becoming an influencer. This is a conversation about becoming a visible leader whose voice creates real influence, real opportunity, and real legacy.
Theresa shares her personal journey from feeling muted and invisible to building a structured voice platform rooted in faith, healing, and strategic clarity. She walks through three powerful insights including why your expertise may be invisible to the people who need it most, what keeps experienced leaders from building a voice platform, and why your scars are not your disqualification but your greatest depth and authority.
You will also hear about the EVOICE Method, a proven framework that helps established leaders turn their accumulated experience into a structured voice platform, and how the CEO Voice Assessment can help you identify exactly where you are and what your next step looks like.
If you are a Christian executive, coach, consultant, or founder who is ready to stop keeping your best thinking locked inside boardrooms and private conversations, this episode was made for you.

wanna ask you something. You have built something. You have the experience, you have the results. You'll spend years developing insight that other people would pay good money to access. But if someone who did not already know you were to Google your name right now, would they find a voice that matches your level or they find silence? That gap between what you carry and what the world can hear, that is exactly what we are talking about today. Hey, I'm Theresa Croft and you are listening to The Stuck No More Voices podcast. This is the space for faith-driven executives and leaders who are ready to stop keeping their best thinking, locked inside boardrooms, in private conversations, and start building a voice platform. That creates real influence and real opportunity. I'm also the founder of The Stuck No More Voices executive cohort and creator of the eVoice Method, a framework that helps leaders turn their accumulated experience into impactful influence. So we welcome, go and solo this, this episode, and I wanna speak directly to you. Maybe you have everything you need. In the business world except a platform that the world can actually hear you. Before I get to the that point, I wanna share something you might very well relate to. You see, there was a season where I was stuck in every direction. It felt like I was hitting my head in the same place on the wall, you know, jumping from one idea to another, trying to figure out where I supposed to land, and my deep desire to walk in my calling. Provide for my family and make impact, and one honest conversation with God changed everything. It was a few years ago, I was driving to my kids and thinking about all this, and God just asked me a simple question. He said, T, what do you like to do? I said, well, I like to talk. I like to mentor. And I believe that your voice is the unique expression of your identity, your values, and your experiences that can impact thousands. I mean, I think you taught me that, God. So I chased stages for a season. They refined me, but chasing was not my assignment. So I stopped. I went to work on one thing. You know, I've heard that the ultimate refinement is simplicity. So I just wanted to go simple. Went to work. Um, not from a course or a book, but I went to work for my own life story and in the process I built something I believe in with everything I have. It's a safe place where women are seen, mentored and developed into a platform that solidifies the calling They are to carry. That is the Stuck. No More Voices executive cohort. So now let's talk about you. Yeah. You. Listen. Point number one is very simple. You have the experience, but does the market have your voice? Uh, here's something I see all the time with high achieving leaders or creators From the outside, everything looks like it's working. You built things, you have led teams. Maybe you have solved problems that lesser experienced people would've walked away from. You have carried rooms on your back and made it look like grace. But there's something inside you that knows accomplishment and assignment are not always the same thing. It's like this, you have a voice, you've always known it, but somewhere between the doing and the becoming, it started to feel locked. Like there is something in you that is bigger than the container you've been living in, or like you're locked in a cage or a prison of your own making, and you don't know where the key is. And you're right. The problem is not your expertise. The problem is that your expertise is invisible to the people who need it most. It lives in your head. It maybe in your client calls, in your private conversations, but not in a platform the market can actually hear. And here's what that costs you, not just in revenue, but in impact. Every day, your voice stays invisible. Someone who needs your thinking found someone else instead. Not because they were more qualified, but because their voice was more visible. Point number two is what keeps experienced leaders invisible. So why do experienced leaders stay invisible? In my work with leaders, I hear the same things. I don't have time. I don't know where to start. I'm not sure I have enough to say, and I want to be honest with you about all three of those things. Time is a real constraint. But it's not the real reason. I've seen leaders with far less margin than you build voice platforms that change the trajectory of their business. I don't know where to start, but that is solvable. This is literally what the EVO method was built for. But that last one, hmm. I'm not sure I have enough to say that one. I want to sit with you for a moment because I hear it a lot and it's one that breaks my heart every time. Fran, you have decades of experience. You have perspective that took years to develop. So you do have something to say, and when it's all said and done, I truly believe out of the overflow, if you have a relationship with God outta that overflow, you have wisdom, you have words, you have teachings that are just locked in there because you have. Sat in his feet. That's, that's, that's where I don't try to go to my, my time with God to get an episode or anything, but I Sure it flows outta there. So you've been in rooms, I know you have, that most people only read about, you have solved problems that most leaders would not know how to approach, and you're sitting there wondering if you had enough to say. So the issue is not that you lack content. The issues that you have not yet built a structure for turning what you carry into a voice the world can hear. This is not a content problem. It might be an identity problem. And as that is exactly where we start scars point number three are not your disqualification, they are your depth. I wanna tell you something that changed everything for me, and I wanna tell it to you, not as a Polish speaker or a world educated person, but as someone who has sat exactly where you are sitting right now. There was a moment, I cannot tell you the exact dates. But I remember the feeling. I was standing in front of a room and I realized I was not speaking to the audience in front of me. I was speaking to the version of me who sat in the back of every room hoping no one noticed her shrinking. So she would not take up too much space waiting for permission that was never coming, feeling small, unseen, and unheard, and something shifted. Not because I had finally arrived, not because the hard seasons were completely behind me, but because I understood something. Scars were not the problem. The scars were the point. Every hard thing I had walked through the seasons of silence, the moments that try to convince me I had nothing more saying, the days where I felt muted, none of it was wasted. It was warehoused. Stored up in a well that God had been feeling for the exact moment when someone needed to hear that they were not alone, that their story was not disqualifying them, that their voice was not locked. It was loaded. And when I finally started speaking from that place, whether in my business or even on my radio position, not from the wound, but from the scar, everything changes. The rooms got bigger. The opportunities got clearer. The people who need to hear it found it because that is what happens when you start performing and start pouring. So I wanna ask you something. Who is the version of you sitting in the back of someone's room right now waiting for a voice like yours to tell her? She is not alone. She's waiting. And you might be the only one who can speak to her because you have been there. That is not coincidence. I call it a holy calling. So let's just talk about this. Honestly, that is why I built the eVoice method. The Holy Spirit obviously helped me because what you just felt in that story, the recognition that is executive identity, it is the first step of the framework and it's where everything begins, not with a microphone. Not with a content calendar, not with a podcast launch plan, with clarity about who you are, what you carry, and what your voice was uniquely designed to say, clarity, strategy, and influence. Two Corinthians four says, we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all suppressing power is from God and not from us. You are the jar, and sometimes there are cracks in that jar, but you know what flows through the cracks when you, it's the overflow of God. What flows through the cracks is very much what someone else needs. So desp, despite not the cracks in your story, you have wisdom, the perspective you have earned the scars. Made you credible. That is your treasure and it's time to build a platform around it. So here's your next step. I created something called the CEO Voice Assessment, seven indicators that help you figure out exactly where you are, whether you're leadership, your expertise, and your lived experience are ready for a platform that matches their depth. It takes about. Ah, five minutes. And when you complete it, you're also led to a short, 15 minute webinar of sorts where you meet me as I walk you through exactly what your score might mean, and then a peek behind the executive cohort. No fluff here, no feeler. Just clarity on your voice, your platform, and your next level because your experience deserves to be heard. And the people who need your voice, they're already waiting. The link to the CEO Voice assessment is in the show notes. You take it today and I'll see you inside the webinar. Hey, thank you for being here today. This episode meant something to you. I share it with a leader who needs to hear it, subscribe, write a review, because that is how voices multiply one conversation at a time. If you enjoyed this, be sure to comment and subscribe. So I'm Theresa k Croft, thank you so much for listening. I'll talk to you in the next Stuck No More Voices podcast. And remember, your voice was never meant to stay quiet, and it was never meant to stay invisible either.
