This week Alix and I talk about the current astrological updates, the virgo super full moon, and what energetic cords look and feel like. When diving into what energetic cords are, we also walk you through a cord cutting visualization (13:13).
On this full moon, I sat down under the stars, wrote out my fears, habits I'd like to release, and areas of my life I'd like to call in change for, and burnt them under the moon! Journaling and working with this energy is still present a couple days after the full moon :)
