Trey Maxwell was a rising star in high school baseball before joining the college ranks. His drive and determination were strong in the sport, but he knew that wasn't going to be his future. Almost 30 years ago, he took his intensity to start a log truck business, married his then-girlfriend Melinda and soon turned that into a logging business. The two from Sarepta have been through the ups and downs of life, but they look to be coming out on top. In 2023, Trey Maxwell Logging was selected Outstanding Louisiana Logger. We get to know them better and talk about the logging business.
