With a particular focus on the human element of her career, Sandy touches on the importance of flexible environments, particularly after lockdown and the adjustments to remote working. 

She also walks us through her biggest challenges and achievements, and what it was like to start a new business. Sandy reveals that founding her own advanced technology planning firm was a smart risk, but not without its challenges.
