Having a bunch of online reviews almost always leads to more business. Most people do a ton of research and read lots of online reviews before buying something new, trying out a new restaurant, picking a new dentist, and especially choosing a Realtor to sell their home. Consumer behavior has changed dramatically over the last decade, and the importance of having great online reviews (and lots of them!) cannot be overstated. On this episode, I'll tell you exactly where you want to focus on getting reviews, and my personal strategy for getting more clients to actually write reviews.
