You have to become a master at converting those leads into clients. To convert your leads, you really have to respond to them within 5 minutes, or they'll turn cold faster than you can say Zillow. But responding to your leads within 5 minutes, 100% of the time, is damn near impossible unless you have some great lead response systems in place. This week, I describe the lead response system that I personally use, and how you can do the same thing. It took quite a bit of trial and error before I figured it out, but ever since I "cracked the code" I've been converting more online leads than ever before. You'll learn the difference between automating and outsourcing, and which one works better than the other.
