First, we're giving you the Cliffs Notes from our real estate Leads Webinar last week, where we show you how to create our complete, proven Facebook Ad Lead generation system. I'll walk you through the ad we know converts well, how to respond to the leads instantly and automatically, and how to follow up long term. One agent from our webinar reported that in just one day, he received 4 leads at $1.50/each, and already spoke to two of them! Amazing! 

The stats show that on average, it takes 7-10 "touches" before a lead will respond to you. So if you are giving up after a few attempts, you're leaving a ton of $ on the table. Responding the first time in less than 5 min is also key, because stats show that at least 50% of people end up working with the first agent they talk to. So if you are the first to respond, you have a 50/50 shot at being their agent!
