Hello and welcome to this episode of Paid to Be You podcast. I'm your host, Vanessa Halleck. And in this episode, we're really going to dive into your God self, your divine template of perfection, and really all of that information that is coming through already within you when we are allowing the distortions to rise up into our system. And to be able to recode and clear any of those things that are there and to remember who we really are at the most divine, truest level. So in P2BU movement this last week, I did a up level and raising the consciousness of the planet. And it was really about coming deeper into what you already know about you are here for so if you're in my community you've likely had it or you have had a spiritual awakening if you're drawn to my work you've had a spiritual awakening you see the world differently you see it as limitless and although maybe there are still parts of you that are in limitation or You know, of course, those things come up into the system and those emotions will come up or those doubts or those fears. But essentially, when you're operating at that frequency or that inner knowing of. I came here as divine template of perfection. I've got everything within me right now, like the next level. And I think this is really where we get tripped up, where it's up level, it's next level, it's out there. It's like we hit the next level when we hit that milestone. And a lot of the time, and I certainly operated like this for a long time and a lot of my clients did too, That, you know, the next level is out there and we're always chasing something. And this is the outdated paradigm, like our success, our worthiness, our love, our everything is in getting to this magical, mystical place. And, you know, the there. But every time we get closer to that goal, every time we receive something, it's never actually enough. The goalpost moves and we're always in that space of you know this isn't enough why aren't I there yet there's something missing or I can see it energetically I can see it spiritually why isn't it in my physical reality and that's really what is actually causing this gap because there isn't any gap all timelines all versions of you as you know exist simultaneously and in the now so the version that you see that consciousness and that version of you already exists now it's not about like I need to get there or I need to And it's, yeah, if there's any need or should or chasing or pushing or proving or any survival patterns, that's where the gap is or like, oh, there's something I need to fix or whatever. there's something missing all the time we constantly or I need to fix that thing or I need to heal that thing like I need to you know I need to heal my visibility wounds or I need to heal my money wounds or whatever it may be especially if you've been in that cycle in that space of of yes doing a lot of healing work a lot of inner work a lot of shadow work a lot of integration work and And when we start to then realize that all of that was bringing us back to our God self, it was bringing us back to this divine template of perfection. We come here as this perfect divine template of perfection with a soul mission, with a vision, with a purpose for this lifetime. And yes, and we experience trauma, we experience conditioning, we experience for me, you know, my biggest wounding, my biggest things that I've been And working on it at the next level is, you know, that my voice is more than enough. My presence is more than enough, that I don't have to overdo, I don't have to overcompensate. And that, of course, you know, that paid to be you deepens all the time is simply that money flows and grows as a natural part, that there is millions of clients that I'm born with. to work with to impact and of course that has come with a huge journey of being able to really let go of those old outdated paradigms of my worth my worthiness my love my success is outside of me in the results that clients get in how much I make in what I have in the physical reality and instead when we bring into this reality and this paradigm of I'm worthy, I'm successful, I'm loved as I am and what is guiding me from that space? What am I called to? And when we're living in this now moment and somebody asked me this at the beginning of the year, you know, what are you looking forward to? What are you manifesting this year? And it doesn't mean that I don't have goals and I don't have a vision but my vision is really about Awakening billions to their truth, coming back to their God self, coming back to being paid for their divine gifts that they literally came in with, those things that come so naturally and so easily and so effortlessly to you that A lot of people, it's too easy, you know, the harder you work, the more money you make. There's all these layers of these outdated paradigms and even, you know, the breakdown before the breakthrough or no pain, no gain. Those old paradigms are dissolving, you know, like we've kind of gone through the harder we work, the more money we make to, you know, now I just need to do all of this inner work and then I'll get more. And actually, it's the whole point of doing the inner work is to live, to experience life, to live so deeply in this limitless experience that we want to just share these secrets these secrets that are hidden in plain sight with our audience in your unique way because you will have as clients come to me it's different, there are unique ways of seeing things, there are unique ways of doing things and that when you do it from that space of truth and inner knowing and relaxed sensation and feelings where we're not doing it from survival or scarcity or struggle or pain which are very outdated paradigms so if there's anything of any of those distortions that are still playing out in your field I just want you to take a deep breath now and just go back to source you are source you are limitless you're a perfect divine template of perfection so this month has been such a big um shift in terms of visibility and wealth for me um so Gemini has been in my so Gemini's communication it's been in my second house which is all about wealth um and then Chiron is also in my second house so Chiron is in my wealth house and um We had, yeah, Gemini passing through and then also we've had Jupiter and we've had Saturn and we've had all of these things that are just like expanding that portal. particularly for me and my charts. And it's so interesting. And obviously for all of you, for everybody, the communication, how am I leading? How am I communicating? How am I sharing my truth? So it's been this powerful integration, this powerful expansion that's taken place internally. We've also been away for Sean's birthday. It's our 10-year anniversary in the business that I always look at June More is the time when it's the biggest expansion or when I really start to anchor in what is this year, this past year showing me because I hired my first business coach on the 9th of June. 2015 and by that stage you know I thought I've got a failed business I'm never going to be able to make this work and I'd gone back to a corporate job and it's so wild to think of the last 10 years of you know working with thousands of clients making multiple millions impacting thousands of lives through this work simply by being me but of course as we now expand our visibility it's not about more it's not about doing more it's not about more platforms for me personally it's about the things that i'm doing really well like the podcast we do those most weeks um content is going out on on instagram and facebook and There's the Facebook ads running. We've got this structure and we've got this system. It isn't about like, let's change the strategy. Let's do more. It's really about where am I? allowing myself to be seen in a bigger way where am I allowing myself to receive at a deeper level where am I receiving money to be even easier now um a couple of years ago I was like you know my mission my vision my purpose is so big that of course money simply flows and grows it's taken care of as as this byproduct of me doing the work that I'm here for of course money simply responds to you um you don't have to be doing your purpose work you don't have to impact doesn't have to be um a big driving force for you it is personally for me a huge driving force of awakening billions to their truth based on my spiritual awakening in 2018 where i was basically yes i was at that point of Yes, I mean, I suppose dismantling all of those outdated paradigms to come back. It was a real death of distortion and all of the illusions and the outdated paradigms. I can speak about it now, six years later, in a very neutral way because of... the experience that i had but i mean that haunted me for a long time that awakening that death that being suicidal being you know in a space where I was just everything was falling but where I can see it now and I know most of my community or a lot of my community have experienced that spiritual awakening or burnout and where yes it's a complete dissolution of who you thought you were to be who you always meant to be this new earth visionary leader who is here to live your heaven on earth life now to be able to experience the limitlessness and the overflow of this particular of this realm we came here to live we came here to play we came here to enjoy um and if you're like me and you're you're listening to this and you really resonate with like that new paradigm leader or the new earth visionary leader um which is not you know it's it's not It's not creating a new earth outside of it. It's shifting our internal paradigms of reality. It's shifting the struggle. It's shifting the scarcity. It's dissolving the belief that we can't just be ourselves and get paid abundantly. You know, that we have to do work that we hate or we have to work with people that we don't like or, you know, or we've got to do things that are not in alignment with our god self and when you come back to the truth of you know what is actually calling you what are the desires that you have um because your desires are your destiny what are the things that are what are the things that are calling you so for me you know when i'm anchoring in anything like this weekend i decided i was on a hike and i decided um to yeah just have a have a beautiful sacred five days of selling pay to be you the movement for 44 if you want to grab that it's it has gone up to two two two um and it was it was like yeah it's part of that awakening to the truth to my truth awakening billions to their truth um and of course we had a few people coming in and and it was just such powerful incredible leaders that are here to do amazing things in the world so if that's you and you want to be in the space of other new paradigm leaders and And it's so interesting and so beautiful to see the support of the community and how people are rising and shifting. You know, you understand that instant shifting and instant belief shifting is available for all of us. Like we are either choosing, changing or accepting and we... We choose the same paradigm because maybe it's familiar or it's predictable is the brain, the body and the nervous system and the ego ones. But when we're working outside of that, when we're working on the level of our God self, we're working on. This is what I'm guided to. This is what's calling me. And although my human self may feel uncomfortable, what is it that, what distortions am I ready to release? So, you know, when you're working with a vision of like, I know I'm here to impact millions or billions and make millions and, you know, create real change on a global level, you We want that now. We want to have the evidence of it now. We want it locked in now. And most of the time what that does is it takes us out of this moment of, wow, you know, I really do have an incredible life and I'm already changing people's lives just by being me. And one of the things that came up this last couple of days as I move into this new level of visibility and really this presence of activating those ready with my voice. I'm not here to persuade people. I'm not here to get people around to thinking that the quantum realm exists or that being psychic is real or whatever it is. That's already a given if you're in my world. a psychic, you know that you're limitless, that your God self exists. And you're tuned in, you're tapped into that frequency. And of course, most of the time, it's really holding and supporting clients at that highest frequency. And when that happens, all of those outdated paradigms of reality fall away. And, and yes, of course, something may come up. So this weekend, I was looking at when I was doing my shamanic training, my shamanic practitioner training, Three years ago, oh geez, 2021, so four years ago now, I did this activation where I came out where I was literally chucking my shoes against the wall and... I'd had a tantrum and I'm one of four kids and I'm so loud, a very loud home. But what came out was I kept getting louder and louder with my shoes. And basically what I said is like, well, you know, even if I get louder, nobody is going to hear me. Nobody is going to hear me. And when I did the... We were doing this other activation that came with it on that day. And I saw a cheetah and a cheetah paw. And one of the biggest things with a cheetah is obviously they... they go you know they're quiet they they don't they're not loud beings and obviously there's a lot of symbolism and things around the cheetah which is amazing and um but basically to cut a long story short is that yeah we don't need to get louder we simply need to take up the space that we know we're born to take or be the space and not even take up the space we are the space we are the embodiment that our presence that our voice impacts others um and i think that's been such an interesting thread throughout my journey even Even when I was doing podcasts, well, nobody really cares. This isn't going to support people. So if you've felt that, if you've heard yourself, where does that come from? Where did you start to realize that your voice alone wasn't enough, that your message wasn't enough, that we have to contort our message, we have to put it into something else, we have to put it into a template, we have to be somebody else, we have to dress in a different way, we have to brand in a different way rather than Really understanding what your essence is and not validating externally, but being the validation. I choose myself. I choose to know that my voice matters. I choose to call in the clients that are a match and frequency for who I am today without, yes, without worrying about the past, without worrying about who you attracted in the past, because that was obviously a past version of you. We can't go back there. We have to go into this now moment, this present moment. So what is it that you're ready to let go of? What is it, you know, any scarcity, any struggle, just take that breath and let it go. and you know the fear of really sharing your voice sharing your truth or maybe the fear of being found out the imposter syndrome that needs to just go that needs to be moved away unworthiness or success or love being out there which is such an outdated program and paradigm it's like you know I read a post from you know one of the top manifestation person it was like success is inevitable and no success is not inevitable success is now you are successful right now in this moment as you breathe and your success your worthiness your love is not going to change as you achieve more and I think when we can dismantle that achievement and that productivity is entangled in your worthiness and your success and your worth and that's when that all starts to dissolve and dismantle, what are we really left with? The truth of who we are. What would you do no matter what? What would you share no matter what? How would you connect with your audience? What would you create? What would you charge? What would you go towards? What is that thing that is pulling you right now? And those things that light you up, those things that excite you, those things that you're guided to. That is the way that our bodies, our intuition, our God self speaks to us. And the things that obviously draining or, you know, a client was saying the other day, you know, maybe I should just take that contract that pays a bit more, but I don't really want to do it because then I'll have X amount of money and then I can relax. And what that does is it keeps us in this waiting energy. So, you know, when you get that money, are you going to relax are you actually going to feel relaxed or is there going to be that drive that pull that inner knowing that you you are you are destined or that you desire something way more than just enough to relax and this is the biggest thing is like what if we started to relax first what if we stopped waiting um you know we are taught like when you get this or you have this amount in your bank account or you do this that then then you can relax but most people you know you know even at that amount and then and and then you relax and it dips and so you're always at the mercy of money which is essentially you know it's external to you yes you are money you create it through your thoughts your feelings your aligned actions but if you're basing it on oh shit, like my money's dropped now or I haven't made X amount for this month or oh, you know, I've had a slower month that it's like, oh shit, like all of that panic and fear comes in and that then just becomes an identity of who you are and what you do. And this is what it's calling us all back to is commanding our reality, being the super conscious creator of our reality, knowing that money, the client opportunities your partners respond to you respond to who you're being respond to the standards that you hold and the boundaries that you have and that doesn't mean that we you know I've certainly the more I've come into my own truth and my own power and my own inner knowing it's not about like having to set boundaries the boundaries just are there and it's such an interesting thing that yes we you know we think we're going to communicate it more we need to communicate it more but actually it's like are you owning it internally are you holding the word to yourself are you committing to the things that you say you want um another another beautiful like tricky when you're operating at this god self level when you're when you know that you're limitless um like we get all the downloads and we get all the channeling and then we you know we go and like do something totally different whereas yes you know you're getting this guidance you're getting this wisdom for a reason So one of the things that is now happening in my world, it's like, yeah, sell the movement, do it at 44. Because 21st of June, like there is, there's this huge integration. So there has been this portal of integration that's taken place. I feel totally different. And it feels so weird to think that I ever believed that there was any scarcity in money or that it was somehow limited. Obviously, that has been, you know, something that hasn't been in my awareness for a while in my lived experience. I think 2023 actually was a very dissolving year around money and limitations where we had one of our lowest months and I was like, okay, that's all right. You know, we can... we can not make it mean anything. We don't have to get afraid or get scared or go into fight or find. We're simply like, okay, we just keep going. And that's where I've loved the power of the gene keys as well. The gene key nine and my culture sphere is all about like just the power of the small. And I think that's such medicine for everybody is, yeah, if you follow that guidance moment to moment and yes, maybe there was stress Maybe there was fear. Maybe there was worry. And we're able to be like, okay, well, that's not the part of me that I'm expressing today. But yes, I understand that's an inner child or that's a shadow aspect of self. Wow, that's fascinating. I didn't even, you know, that unconscious aspect has come into my conscious awareness and it wasn't there before because we're always... you know, we're always evolving, we're always shifting, you know, if I look back on the last year, and I think of like, wow, you know, how much growth has occurred internally, in my being, and that's obviously reflected in my external reality. But if we don't pay attention to what has actually shifted moment to moment to moment to moment, because the nervous system is very much like a, it's like a child that needs to be reminded, you know, we don't actually need to do huge regulation practices we we just need to understand that there is the part of ourselves the nervous system the brain the body um that when we bring presence and curious observation to that part of ourselves um we're able to move you know we're able to evolve and shift and obviously You know, this is mirrored through your menstrual cycle and all the cycles that we experience. Death and rebirth is not externally. It's internally in our systems where we're getting new awarenesses and we're shedding. But it doesn't have to be dramatic. There's no judgment on it. It's not weird. It's not, why am I going through this? It's not even, you know, it's not even duality anymore. of like yeah you know there may be a difficult client the payment may fail but that's not like bad or good that's just like yeah it's it's it's just done it's just there um and it's how we perceive it and how we you know the meaning we attach to it um You know, you have a launch that doesn't go according to plan and it's like it's failed. And, you know, I've had that before in the past, like it's failed. You know, I'm not good enough. I'm in Boston. It's like, oh, my gosh, like why was I even doing that in the past? You know, you just understand that, yeah, it didn't sell because– well, not because it can't sell or it's not good enough or any of that. It's simply that– When you were selling, you weren't in the identity and the knowing of, well, that's already a timeline available. It's already done. Instead, you're stressing or I was stressing and worrying about like, well, why hasn't it sold yet? I need those people in. I need to look a certain way. And when we start to dissolve all of that, what we're left with is like, I'd sell it no matter what. I'd keep going because it doesn't matter anymore. If I have nobody buy, one person buy, 10 people buy, that offer has been guided. It has been, it has come through me. So of course I'm going to sell it. Of course I'm going to share it. This is my life's work. This is my dharma. This is my destiny. And of course, most importantly, that falls under you know living actually living you know going away and being present with those you love and moving through your day with divine presence and gratitude for where you are right now and I think that's one thing that 2018 taught me like wanting to die really taught me you know are you living are you living your heaven on earth life now are you moving are you moving as a version of you that, yes, if you died tomorrow, would you be proud? And I think this is one of the biggest things also with like patterns and habits and things that keep looping um it's that we are not bringing consciousness to it we're trying to fix it we're seeing it as bad rather than okay well why is that pattern repeating why is it not safe to let it go and what is it opening me up to what is the actual fear of it and and why is it more safe why is it more safe to let that pattern go um because then i can speak my truth and share my message so yeah one of that that you know that that like visibility being seen and and you know what is what is the worst that can happen and I think that's really that people hate me that people leave me that um you know nobody cares that I'm killed you know like what is the worst that can happen and is that worse than you know actually the persecution and the abandonment that occurs if we don't do the thing that we're meant to be doing. and how we feel when we're not in alignment with that version of ourselves where, yeah, everything that is meant for us just simply drops in because we're sharing, we're speaking, we're moving, we're selling, we're creating, we're showing up for our people, we're falling in love with what we get to do. And we're also in that power of this compassion for humans and the grace that we can give ourselves and the forgiveness that we can give ourselves and the releasing of all that shame and that guilt and that fear and those limitations and when we're purging all of that um it is a beautiful process of remembering. And when we start to see it as, you know, rather than like messy and ugly cry, you know, what would you rather do? Live in outdated paradigms of reality? Or are you ready to command reality and be the super conscious creator of your reality? When you know that, yes, we are on some level creative, creating everything in our reality. It doesn't mean that, yes, if a dog's sick or family members sick or something like that that we are making them sick but how we react and how we respond and how we live our lives is very much up to us like we're that focus of you know how do I want to how do I want to experience this life how do I want to live today or you know the if the launch isn't going the way that you want yeah what is the perception that you have are you going on a fixing hunt or are you willing to be like well what is that version of me like what are the thoughts what are the feelings what are the aligned actions and How am I moving? And that, yes, it's a direct mirror of the thoughts that you have and the feelings that you have. And when we take back our power to command reality and shift our reality, it's incredible what starts to happen. So yes, that's something that we go through in the movement. Inner Circle is open.
