Hello and welcome to this week's episode of Paid to Be You podcast.
Speaker 00:I'm your host Vanessa Hallick and in this episode we're really going to dive into being paid for your presence.
Speaker 00:So being paid to be you but more than that is that your voice, your presence, your innate gifts shift the paradigm shift others activate people naturally when you are in your natural state when we're not operating from all of these limiting beliefs and this trauma and these distortions and i want you just to come back to that truth
Speaker 00:We're experiencing this more and more now. Uranus has just moved into Gemini, which means that our voices are being activated. If you have been cowering to outdated thoughts, Paradigms. Sharing things that you really don't give a shit about. Or half-truths. You want to share this, you've got these notes and everything's coming through you and then you share some watered down shit. Or you're writing a sales page and you are using these outdated templates, these old paradigm templates. When you are revolutionary, when you are powerful, and all of those distortions, all of those ways of being, for you, it's not going to work. It's not going to work because unless you are, and this is, you know, this is the soul work, God's self work, of course, when we're out of alignment with what we're actually naturally designed to do on this planet, and you are receiving all of this wisdom, all of this consciousness, all of this guidance about, and then you're living in maybe outdated paradigms of scarcity, fear, oh shit, it's not working in 2.5 seconds, and it's not going to work. And, you know, like, of course, the nervous system is shifting. We're starting to actually understand that the consciousness, if you have that vision, it's already done. The consciousness already exists. We're pulling it in from that highest layer of consciousness rather than from, like, our limited selves and we understand that both can coexist simultaneously and that the gap starts to close more and more when you understand non-duality, that everything is always happening for our highest good, that there is no good or bad emotions, it's simply perceptions. There's no good or bad thoughts. There's only perceptions of those thoughts. There is no... hard or easy or good or bad days we're dismantling all of those because we're simply understanding that we are We are being guided all the time. Reality is speaking to us all the time. We are those super conscious creators that literally our reality is showing us, are we in alignment? Are we doing the things that we love to do? And of course, our vitality, our vibration, our frequency, our magnetism is all connected to that. And what we believe is true is about reality is ultimately what is true. We are living in a simulation of our own creation where you are the driver of the simulation. So how do you want it to go? And you don't need to get anywhere. You don't need to do anything. You don't need to become. You don't need to evolve. You don't need to grow. You don't need to fix. You don't need to find. That's keeping your joy, your abundance, your vibrancy in some distant fucking timeline, which most people in the world are in waiting energy, consciously or unconsciously. How do we stay in waiting energy? I have this beautiful affirm. this incredible message but you know what like oh no what if nobody buys not what if this happened what what if it doesn't work what if it's not good enough and then we fixate and focus on all the things that aren't working or the past or whatever so that we actually literally stay in that old frequency so when you come back to this now moment where everything already exists the consciousness already exists All timelines and versions of you exist in this moment. We don't need to get the thing to collapse timelines. That's backwards. We're waiting to get the thing to say, oh, I've collapsed timelines. I've quantum leaped. No, that's not how reality works. Everything already exists. And we are simply listening to the consciousness. We're slowing down enough to receive the guidance in the consciousness. from that timeline and then we're moving because we know we know that when we experience that channel drop and that channeled wisdom or guidance or that synchronicity or maybe it's a connection with somebody that sees our vision or activates parts of ourselves we don't wait we move on that If we're guided, I've seen so many clients and this seems to be a big theme actually because of self-sacrifice. We can't have the success without sacrifice. So a lot of my high achieving clients are in an outdated paradigm of I need to give more, I need to give more, I need to give more. And then what happens is of course our receiving just dries the fuck up. We're over giving. And it works to a certain point. It kind of mirrors that paradigm of the harder we work, the more money we make. Or I'm really valid and worthy and successful and loved when I'm achieving. But when that all falls to the floor and you recognize that you are worthy, loved, successful now, your success is not inevitable anymore. Your success is in the now because that's all we have, the eternal now. So take that in this moment right now. If everything exists, there's no scarcity, there's no lack. What is the consciousness? What is the guidance? What is your heart guiding to you? What is your soul guiding you to? And this might be uncomfortable. It might be let go of this. For some clients, it's, you know, break up with that partner, get divorced. For some, it's sort your relationship the fuck out right now because this is important. Where is sacrifice coming up in your reality once you have to fall? Whether that's in your health, that's a big one for my clients. Or, you know, yes, I can do really well and make a ton of money, but my relationship has to fall to shit and my body has to fall to shit. No, right now you're claiming it all. You're collapsing that timeline. Sacrifice is bullshit. It's bullshit. We get to have it all. It's a deep template. It's a deep template. Who am I if it's so easy? Who am I if there isn't any striving, pushing? You are literally a frequency keeper that is just in a state of receptivity, flow, presence, receiving. We're not in any needing energy. If you need to fill that program, you are in lack. You are in lack. Stop the needing and see what happens. Open up your channels. Don't make time the determinant of success. Don't make anything the defining feature of success. I'll only be successful when I have those clients. I will deal with my health and my vitality when? And I'll deal with my relationship when I have enough time to do it. You know, all of those sort of things. And those are the very things that at that next frequency we're being, reality is speaking to yourself. It's speaking to you. It's guiding you to exactly what needs to be shifted and to create huge flow. One of my clients, yeah, she kind of was in a little bit of a space, but she wasn't selling her offers. And I asked her, where are you waiting? Like, what are the things that you're waiting on? And it all came down to her health. And yeah, there was a couple of things that were happening. And we looked at what her highest timeline of radiance and wealth which of course exists in that moment was really guiding her into and it was yeah sauna cold plunge do the things that make you feel incredible showing up deeply for yourself what does it look like to choose you Not to choose you when you have the money, not to choose you when you've created all the impact, not to choose you when you've written the book. But to allow yourself to choose you, which means, yes, taking care of yourself at the highest level, which also means sharing the things that are really actually important. important to you the things that you really want to share the offer that you really want to sell instead of the maybe the safe dull down offer where you're being guided to activate your light language or deepen your psychic gifts but you turn away sorry you turn away where you turn away from what is true for you because self-abandonment and self-sacrifice has been a huge theme. And this is so deeply ingrained in the collective of success is out there. So why do we sacrifice? Success is out there. And the more I sacrifice, the more pain I have, the more success I will have. So we're always working externally. If I sacrifice more, if I have more pain, if I have more chaos, if I have more shit in my reality, well, then I'm deserving. I'm deserving of this thing. And that is always delaying your joy. Yes, it does work. I've certainly done it. And it's so subtle. Sometimes it's so subtle. But it takes a high level of radical responsibility of what is actually happening in my reality? What am I being shown right now? What am I being shown right now in my reality where sacrifice is showing up? And we're just deleting all of those vows of sacrifice, of poverty, of putting ourselves at the bottom of the list, of thinking. I mean, it's bizarre thinking that if we work harder, push more, do more, burn out more, that we'll receive. And most of us have that deep template of this. I feel shit that I can receive until it doesn't work. It doesn't work. Because that is an outdated template. And maybe, yes, you've made a lot of money, but the money doesn't stay around. Maybe you've had six-figure launches or big things, and it's calling you into, what am I? Where am I not honoring myself fully? Where am I not following myself? Because this is one of the biggest things that I have a lot of clients that come in and they're like, you know, I'm just focused on the impact. I'm just focused on the impact. And yes, yeah, yes and no. Impact can create wealth if you actually have the pathways and you're selling. But also sometimes people are just giving all of this, like they're vomiting free content everywhere, doing free calls and whatever, free activations all the time, which of course I give a lot of free content. But I know the transformation only occurs when somebody truly invests in themselves. What is an investment is saying, yes, I'm ready. I trust myself. I am... committed no matter what to this work and these shifts and creating change for myself and receiving at a higher level through ease and bliss or whatever you know like whatever how do you want to choose what do you want to choose what timeline are you ready to choose where have you put yourself second best where have you put yourself less important than your clients where Where have you overgiven because of unworthiness or self-sacrifice or whatever it may be? Where are you still putting yourself second in your family? And it is not selfish to look after you because you cannot pour from an empty cup. And it is the most radical thing that will literally shift your entire life Business. What would happen right now if I put myself fully first? What would happen if I dropped any belief that there had to be sacrifice or pain to receive at a deeper level? You know, it's often like, I'll have the breakdown and then I'll have the breakthrough. Well, yeah, you can keep doing that. But it's not necessary, right? Why do we have the breakdowns? Because we're not actually letting go. We're not letting go of the things that no longer lie and then we're forced to. First you get the feather, then you get the brick, then you get the motherfucking truck. If you keep ignoring what you're guided to do, you will be guided onto your path. So what are you ignoring? What are you clinging to? And that's when we can really, you know, the faster you, and this is obviously also there's a shadow aspect of this, is disorganized chaos and abandoning things when they feel really good or when they feel difficult. Sometimes we do that, you know, that we abandon something. because it feels too easy or it feels um difficult um at the beginning and that's also okay we can be in that paradigm of you know what is what is my purpose on this planet or what what i know i'm here for is to elevate humanity so is this and everything that i do aligns with that It doesn't mean that I'm all love and light and will take a lot of bullshit. No. I'm actually more firmer in my boundaries, my standards, what I'm available for in my life. And I know who I'm here for. I know I'm here for those that are here with an incredible mission, purpose, and vision to elevate humanity. They've mastered their craft. They're brilliant at what they do. As one of my clients said, it's cutting edge, new paradigm leaders bringing things that have never been seen before. whether that's yeah new new pioneering ways of working with a shadow new pioneering ways of of working with embodiment or sex or money or um a beautiful client of mine as well was um a nutritionist and yeah her vision was to get it into every single household and it was more around body autonomy understanding the body understanding the cues of the body understanding what we're missing which is huge awakening so what do you know and sometimes this is so you know it's so easy for us my gift is obviously supporting clients with doing their soul work, getting paid to be themselves and create unapologetic visibility, claim their vision, elevate humanity, do, you know, create pioneering work. And typically my gifts work in, you know, I see the vision. I literally get visions of somebody on stage or with their book or in a particular outfit or, you recently you know very clear guidance on what somebody's meant to do and where their offices need to be these wellness centers that they're creating which is you know super clear obviously we always have free will we can turn away from our soul offers and our soul guidance and our soul wisdom um and we can make it harder which most of us you know, can do, as Carl Jung, one of my favorite quotes is, you know, we'll do, we'll, this is paraphrase, you know, humans will do anything to avoid their truth, no matter how bizarre it is. We're literally playing hide and seek with our soul. Oh, I have this vision. Oh, I have this guidance. Oh, I have this offer. I have this message. Oh, no, no, no. That's too easy. Let's go and sell this other shit that really is not aligned. And then chaos starts to happen in our lives. And then we go and fix the chaos. And then we just spiral downwards. And then we spend a lot more time doing this and ignoring this and beating ourselves up. just do the fucking thing. Listen to the guidance that is coming through and get support while you're doing it. So the way that my gifts work is, yes, I can see your highest time. I can see your vision. I can see your gifts. If you're ready to see it, I'm not here to fix, save or be a psychic that tells you what to do. No, you've got the vision. You know what it is. And I do see it and I see the timeline and vision. And then of course, The shadow will rise up. You know, that's a normal unconscious aspect of self that we need to integrate. It will come into your reality because your next level is within. Your next level is not outside of you. The next level is within. And what most people do is when they feel that discomfort or... The doubts or the fears, what most people do will start looking outside, complicating things, looking at the next messaging strategy. Like, you know, who are you without the striving, pushing? Who are you in the identity of when everything feels super fucking easy? What is your pattern? You know, what do you do? What do you do to complicate things to actually avoid your truth?

Speaker 00:And when you dissolve all of that and you really embody and come back to integrating those shadow aspects of self, and then you just take those, I call it that jinky nine, where you're just taking the small daily actions in alignment with the vision that you have. Watching. Watching. your unconscious patterns and beliefs. And that's really the sequence that I work with clients on. That's your vision. You've got the vision. We do a super conscious recoding. We'll do some super conscious work to listen to the life force energy of your offer. And then, of course, speaking from that space, speaking from that truth, elevating humanity, sharing the message that is coming through as a channel and the divine messenger. And the reason why your messaging isn't clear is because there's some distortion. You are this divine channel, whether it's fear. Remember, your most potent messaging happens in the now. And if you're receiving all of this consciousness, all of this wisdom, and you're not taking the aligned action, what you're doing is is of course you're stopping the flow of creation from happening it's not about trying to do less it's not trying to do more it's literally being that open channel and vessel that when you receive guidance you take the aligned action you receive guidance from the highest timeline truth and you take the aligned action and you literally in a state of presence where your channel is open, where wealth is just flowing. It's a natural state of you being you. So, And that's when you get paid for your presence. You know that your voice is important. You know that the words that you use, the presence that you hold are all important when you understand that there isn't actually anything missing. Some people spend years searching for themselves. I mean, when the secret is there, it's just understanding how to access that wisdom in the now and trust it. Because that's where we start to live. We start to live this heaven on earth consciousness when we're present, when we're not stuck in the loop and survival patterns and the fears and the doubts and the lack and all of that sort of thing. And we're literally in our truth. So I'm just going to finish off with a beautiful light language activation. Before I do, I just wanted to speak about pay to be you in a circle, Lady Millions and the movement. It's about remembering what's already been there all along. And I often work with clients that have this vision, you know, they've got the events, they've got the book, they've got the offers that are really flowing through them. And then all of a sudden they are complicating things. And sometimes we can't see the patterns or we can't read the bottle from the inside. And it's sometimes just that reminder of like yeah just follow that guidance follow that wisdom take a breath move anything that's coming up in your physical reality as an opportunity to not get attached to it but yes get it cleared out whether that's you know go to the sauna whether that's you know eat the piece of cake whatever it may be we're always receiving this divine intelligence and guidance we are channels we are pristine channels we are conduits between the spiritual and the material and both need to be connected and that's a work really that I do with clients it's not one or the other and when we're too connected spiritually without anchoring it into the physical of course then the money flow is not happening and often the body is that you know the body is the vessel the body is the temple it's not just a vessel it's a temple that when we take care of ourselves at the highest level everything can start to flow And that was obviously a huge journey for me, you know, massive disconnect from the body, binge eating, fear of emotions, fear of everything. And that's why I experienced my awakening in 2018 to reconnect, reconnect to the vessel, understand my gifts, understand that all of the consciousness is there. and to devote the rest of my life to you know those that are ready um not everybody is ready to see their truth um it's confrontational seeing your truth it's confrontational knowing that there is nothing to fix there's nothing to find there's no striving or pushing required it all exists in this now moment and that's what the inner circle and lady millions is really about you have your gift you have your unique genius you have your soul offers you have your messaging there's no striving or pushing required the consciousness already exists and we're just moving with that consciousness if we get the guidance and we take the aligned action it really is as simple as that so if you're ready to work in some capacity with me I've dropped the application below and the link to the movement as well getting paid to be you so we're just going to end off with some light language and this light language is to really permeate and shift you at a deep cellular level and Back into the codes of I get paid for my presence.
