SPEAKER_00Hello and welcome to Impact and Opulence. I'm Vanessa Halleck, and I'm so excited to have you here in this space. So I know if you're in Impact and Opulence, you're a new Earth Visionary Leader who knows you are here for an incredible, luxurious, beautiful life while also supporting, guiding, and creating a ripple effective change in the world. You are mission and purpose driven. You want to support your clients with skyrocketing their transformations, creating something new in their life. So, what does it mean for you to be a new earth visionary leader? And maybe just write it down because I know a lot of us are hearing this intuitive guidance. We're hearing this calling of it's so important for us to start to shift the paradigm, to awaken others to their truth, to be this vessel messenger for change, to be these change agents and activators in the world. So for me, a new Earth Visionary Leader, and you know, really the role that I have and that I experienced this guidance when I had my spiritual awakening in 2018 was that I am here to awaken others to their truth, to allow others to step into their own leadership, their self-leadership, to get paid abundantly for their work. So my work is to create this ripple effect of change in the world, in the paradigm, for us to come back to our bodies, to come back to emotional intelligence, to not be at the mercy of our thoughts and emotions, and to be able to actually create this balance between the divine masculine, divine feminine of slowing down, receiving guidance, and then taking aligned action because that's such an important part of this creator process. We're all here to create. So this new paradigm of leadership, this new paradigm is to come back of like divine feminine, divine masculine is all one. The energy is within us. And when we operate from this innate frequency, from these innate codes that we've got within us, you know, we show up, we share our truth, our content resonates, we own who we're here to work with. We own the signature methodologies and processes that we're meant to create. And we're not trying to please everybody, we're not hiding our gifts. We're not trying to fix and heal everybody or, you know, take on responsibility for others. When I work with clients, I know they're empowered, I know they're premium clients, I know they're magnificent. Um, and I simply am here to hold you to that highest time, and you've got the vision, you've mastered your craft, and you're ready to create that ripple effect of change in the world. So being a neuros visionary leader for me is reminding others of their limitless potentiality in the now, understanding how this realm and this field actually works. We live in this mirror verse. All timelines, all versions of you exist in the eternal now. All there is is the eternal now. So if you're not living now, if you're not creating what you want to create, well, getting there, which is very much old paradigm of like your success and your worthiness is in what you get or what you achieve. It doesn't mean that the material world and achieving is bad. It's actually just the energy behind it. And when I started to dismantle the pushing, the proving, the hustling, the hiding, I was able to create so much more impact and income by being me, by showing up and sharing my truth and you know, really owning that I'm here to work with these impactful neurovisionary leaders that are brilliant and so ready to create this ripple effect of change in the world. So over the next few days in these activations, dive in, you know, take a little bit of time, set a bit of time aside to go into these activations and the training and allow yourself to remember who you really are, the limitless being that you are. You're here to experience the limitlessness, the opulence, the overflow of this experience. The material world is beautiful, money is incredible, and it's all available in unlimited supply, like the air you breathe. It's simply shifting our internal world, our thoughts, our feelings, our emotions, and our aligned actions to come into alignment with that. We also recognize that already you're worthy, successful, and innately brilliant as you breathe. And when you recognize, and this is a big thing with my clients when we do the signature methodology process, or we do a menu activation and we do your messaging and articulating your offer, all of my clients already have it within them. You've mastered your craft, you're brilliant in what you've done, you do, you've done all the personal development, and now it is time to create this ripple effect of change.
