Now I have a"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":212.85,"endTime":215.22,"body":"slightly different view. So I'm not sure. When I inherited"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":259.08,"endTime":262.44,"body":"LIVV Housing Group just over"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":262.44,"endTime":265.98,"body":"five years ago, I inherited a"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":262.44,"endTime":265.98,"body":"downgraded regulatory,"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":265.98,"endTime":269.07,"body":"downgraded failing organisation"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":265.98,"endTime":269.07,"body":"where people in the business"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":269.07,"endTime":271.53,"body":"told me they were embarrassed"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":269.07,"endTime":271.53,"body":"and ashamed to be part of our"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":271.53,"endTime":276.27,"body":"organisation, and they wanted"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":271.53,"endTime":276.27,"body":"their pride back. So I had a"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":276.27,"endTime":279.39,"body":"massive business turnaround."},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":276.27,"endTime":279.39,"body":"Now, the thing I think that"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":279.39,"endTime":282.36,"body":"showed how I cared about people"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":279.39,"endTime":282.36,"body":"was six weeks into the job, I"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":282.36,"endTime":288.21,"body":"did a culture survey, and nine"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":282.36,"endTime":288.21,"body":"weeks into the job, I made life"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":288.21,"endTime":291.84,"body":"insurance mandatory for every"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":288.21,"endTime":291.84,"body":"member of staff. So I said to"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":291.84,"endTime":293.97,"body":"them, I value your lives while"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":291.84,"endTime":293.97,"body":"you're working in our"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":293.97,"endTime":296.19,"body":"organisation, and we're"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":293.97,"endTime":296.19,"body":"therefore insuring every single"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":296.19,"endTime":299.76,"body":"one of you. And in the time that"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":296.19,"endTime":299.76,"body":"I've been there, I've had to"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":300.24,"endTime":304.92,"body":"make that payment for people who"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":300.24,"endTime":304.92,"body":"have died in service. So it's"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":304.92,"endTime":307.47,"body":"really well received. That was"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":304.92,"endTime":307.47,"body":"the starting point."},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":307.56,"endTime":310.89,"body":"The second point was we had a"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":307.56,"endTime":310.89,"body":"number of businesses in the"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":310.89,"endTime":314.07,"body":"group, maintenance businesses,"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":310.89,"endTime":314.07,"body":"fencing companies, building"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":314.07,"endTime":317.46,"body":"companies, all of which were on"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":314.07,"endTime":317.46,"body":"different terms and conditions,"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":317.46,"endTime":322.11,"body":"including sickness pay. So"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":317.46,"endTime":322.11,"body":"sickness pay and holidays were"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":322.11,"endTime":325.14,"body":"the main things. If we can't all"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":322.11,"endTime":325.14,"body":"be in the same business with the"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":325.14,"endTime":327.93,"body":"same terms and conditions for"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":325.14,"endTime":327.93,"body":"that, then how can we have"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":327.93,"endTime":331.62,"body":"values that say we're about"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":327.93,"endTime":331.62,"body":"fairness? So I harmonised those"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":331.62,"endTime":335.4,"body":"terms and conditions."},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":331.62,"endTime":335.4,"body":"Thereafter, I would say that"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":335.4,"endTime":338.1,"body":"we're one of the organisations"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":335.4,"endTime":338.1,"body":"that people really aspire to"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":338.1,"endTime":342.75,"body":"work with now we really focus on"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":338.1,"endTime":342.75,"body":"wellbeing and health. So when I"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":342.75,"endTime":345.63,"body":"talk about wellbeing, I don't"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":342.75,"endTime":345.63,"body":"mean just the basics that lots"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":345.63,"endTime":348.63,"body":"of people talk about. I mean we"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":345.63,"endTime":348.63,"body":"have puppy classes. We have"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":348.63,"endTime":351.84,"body":"something on every single"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":348.63,"endTime":351.84,"body":"Wednesday, and everybody's"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":351.84,"endTime":355.47,"body":"welcome to join, even the guys"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":351.84,"endTime":355.47,"body":"who are out on the ground. So"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":364.71,"endTime":368.16,"body":"I've got loads of examples where"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":368.16,"endTime":373.47,"body":"I can tell you apprentices who"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":368.16,"endTime":373.47,"body":"are now in senior management"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":373.47,"endTime":376.41,"body":"positions, because I have a view"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":373.47,"endTime":376.41,"body":"that if we can train you and you"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":376.41,"endTime":379.53,"body":"want to learn, then we'll work"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":376.41,"endTime":379.53,"body":"with you. I'd rather keep you on"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":379.53,"endTime":382.08,"body":"side and keep you in the"},{"speaker":"Leann Hearne","startTime":379.53,"endTime":382.08,"body":"business.
