With over 35 years of experience in the Holistic Health, fitness, and Counseling field, Robinson’s Theory is on a mission to help men over 49 years old to regain their health, fitness, libido, improving testosterone, and mental cognition.
I know firsthand what it feels like to be that 20, 30, even 40-year-old man who runs, lifts weights, practices martial arts, with a high mental cognition and then boom! Age hits you like a Mike Tyson uppercut! Your mind wants to jump higher or run faster but your body simply says No! This happens mostly because of years of a poor diet, overindulgence of alcohol, coffee, cigarettes, fried foods, and the lack of exercise.
We don’t offer a quick fix; we offer a guide to help you step by step using a holistic approach. We incorporate fitness routines, diet plans, Meditation, all of which are essential to longevity. Ultimately, we want every man over 49 years old to have the opportunity to live a productive, healthy and intimate sex, filled life.
