Masters swimming means so much too many thousands of swimmers around the world and today's guest Graham Croft from Western Australia is no exception. And he is pretty successful at it as well.

With over 40 years of competitive racing, FINA WR's and Australian Surf Lifesaving titles, Graham has the energy and drive to continue challenging himself and strive for new goals. He is already looking forward to age-ing up, as we say in masters circles, next year to give a red hot go at a whole new raft of records.

I loved what Graham had to say about swimming the 200 and 400 freestyle. Some great advice for all in this chat.
