Today's podcast guest is FINA Masters WR holder and experienced coach - Cecilia Stanford.
Based in Cape Town, we talked about Cecilia's experience with masters swimming in South Africa; her joy of travelling around the world to attend different competitions and the way she visualises succeeding in her event before she swims it.

It is always interesting hearing about they way masters swimmers train, and Cecilia was no exception. We talked about the type of work outs she does for her 200 IM event; why she includes lots of kicking in the sessions and the joy of being part of a close knit squad.
