Today's podcast guest is a Masters Swimming World Champion, Surf and Open Water Swimmer and Coach of the Bondi Ocean Surf Swimmers, BOSS Squad, Talbot Henry.

Talbot has a love of both pool and ocean swimming, which he is sharing with a growing band of ocean water swimmers at Bondi Beach Sydney, with his BOSS squad. We chatted about how he structures open water sessions; what he encourages his swimmers to concentrate on in ocean races and swims; and how it all originated.

We talked about Talbot's own training, both in the pool and ocean, and the kind of sessions he does. From competing at the WMG in 2009 and 2017, and several other masters swimming comps, to swimming Rottnest Island Solo and the Gibraltar Straights, it was great to have Talbot's insight into each of these events and how he approached and trained for them.
