Our Thoughts Still Create Our Results
We can get frustrated when we don't have the results we want in our life. We can then "blame" the circumstance and even feel resentful or entitled to a result, especially if we think we have tried and tried to create a change. What we can always do in these situations is "trust the model," and go back to take an honest look at the thoughts we have running in the background. Whether it's weight loss, a relationship, or another goal we are not getting the result we want yet, the key for creating positive change is intentionally practicing thoughts that create positive emotions so that we will then take positive actions to create our new result.
