There's generational imprinting happening that comes from our moms to us, and is carried from us to our kids, that has been going on since the beginning of time. In this episode I offer a few ways to think about this phenomena, as it relates to us and our identity and also in the way we want to apply it to our relationships with both our own moms and our kids.
