In October of 2021, the OPA along with the City of Toronto hosted a virtual conference for front-line workers. The conference was aimed at essential workers and managers to help and support them as they deal with emotional exhaustion and burnout from COVID-19. During the conference, we recorded a number of engaging conversations that we're now presenting to our ON Psych listeners!
