Bleep Bulimia Episode 12 with Whitney Lauritsen Wellbeing Coach on Disordered Eating and Mindset
It was such a pleasure chatting with Whitney. We covered a lot about the feelings one has when they are struggling with their eating disorder, the social pressures, the constant "comparison" to others, the "people pleasing" aspects, and so much more.
I really appreciate Whitney's candid sharing of her personal feelings and expriences, and being a part of helping to bring awareness to the issues surrounding disordered eating and bulimia.
