What a lovely conversation with Keith Blakemore-Noble, who I invited to this podcast because I was intrigued with his being the UK's #1 Fear Strategist Coach.
There is a fear with bulimics when it comes to letting go of bulimia for several reasons. The main one we hear about is weight gain. As I said in the podcast, however, bulimia is like the blanket Linus in the Peanuts carries with him. It is a "security blanket" of sorts.
I liked when Keith spoke to the change in the landscape. Facing that new landscape can be fearful and intimidating, however if you find the trigger for the bulimia, it can be quite beautiful.
I hope you enjoy listening to this episode on fear.
