Carenda is spirited and energetic.  She truly shines when she speaks about her passion for helping others to become accountable.  What intrigued me to have her as a guest what when I read her profile and saw these words: "I stopped pointing the finger outward and instead inward in order to confront my own imperfections, lack of self-love and trust."

So many bulimics struggle with this, and I felt it was important to bring an expert on to discuss the benefits of confronting our imperfections, and stop blaming others.  It's not about blaming ourselves either.  It's about awareness.
