Welcome to the twelfth episode of the Perseverance Podcast. This is where you will hear the story of Troy, my mentor and pastor at City View Church of San Diego. Hear how even though Troy was born out of wedlock to struggling parents, God had a purpose for his life. Troy persevered through his up and down teen years and was eventually called into the ministry, where he witnessed God’s provision in numerous aspects of his life including the adoption of his two sons. Then in 2020, Troy was faced with pastoring a struggling church and would fight to hold this body of Christ together even through the pandemic to finally see it grow and thrive.
