Advice and information - You can contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) on 0800 731 2864 or by email at pals@slam.nhs.uk for advice and information and to raise a concern or complaint.

If you have a mental health crisis and don't know who to contact, call NHS 111. Call 111, free from any phone, 24 hours a day seven days a week, and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals.

If you are with someone who has attempted suicide, call 999 and stay with them until the ambulance arrives. If you or anyone is at serious risk of harm, call 999and ask for the police.

Solidarity in a Crisis provides an out of hours peer support service for Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark Monday to Friday 6pm to 12 midnight. Saturday and Sunday 12 noon to 12 midnight.
