Creating an annual vision lays the foundation for your goal setting and your budget. It transforms the process from one that is iterative and in the weeds, into one that drives forward movement. 

Your vision answers two questions that are central to effective planning:  Where are we going and why? When done authentically, and not just as a box to be checked, your vision can provide you and your team with emotional fuel to achieve the goals that you set.
