Hey, what up, everyone. Welcome to another episode, another daily drip here on the growth. Many of you have been listening to the podcast for quite some time. And you know that I am a God-fearing man. My faith is a huge part of my life and it makes up a huge chunk of who I.  those two words, ironically are a big part of what I'd like to share today.

The question is asked, who are you? What is your identity? I'll post this question to all of you today. Just like it was posed to me last week in one of our leadership meetings. The words that follow from every one of us would look like. I am. And then, you fill in the blank with who you are, right?

We all identify with different things, but no matter the identities that follow, they all start with, I am a lover. I am a planner. I am efficient. You name it. Whatever that identity is to be is more important than to. To do and behave in accordance with your identity. That is the type of living we should strive for.

Interestingly enough, if we aren't what we'd like to be, we can change. Thankfully, that change starts with thoughts and those thoughts need to bleed into our language. We have to allow those thoughts to bleed into our language and be conscious of those things. Also change those when they're negative, when they're not in the lane, they need to be the way we speak about ourselves.

The way we think about ourselves and our situation, it matters a lot language. Language is powerful. We can literally speak things into existence. Creation is preceded by language actions. Follow language identity is an idea long before it's actual. It's a thought first goals are an idea. They're a thought.

Today as a reminder that we must speak those thoughts, those ideas, those values, those characteristics, those goals. We must speak them outwardly. They can't stay within that inner dialogue. Only. We must pay close attention to our language, my friends, both inner dialogue, and the actual words we speak out loud.

Listen to these biblical references. As we drive this point home.  death and life are in the power of the tongue and they, that love it shall eat the fruit thereof. The next one goes, whatever things are true, whatever things are, noble, whatever things are, just, whatever things are, pure, whatever things are, lovely, whatever things are.

Of good report, if there is any virtue. And if there is anything, praise worthy, meditate on these things and whatever you, the next one goes, and whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive if you have faith, the fourth one. So shall my word be that goes out from my mouth. It shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that, which I purpose and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it.

The fifth one, truly, I say unto you, whoever SA says to this mountain, be taken up and thrown into the sea and does not doubt it in his heart, but believes that what he shall, what he says will come to pass. It will be done for him. And the last one, but he answered it is written. Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God in the beginning, God said, be there, let there be light.

And it was right. Anybody who is familiar with the Bible with scriptures, we could die further into these today, but in the essence of time and for points to be made, I think we've suffused. Hit look, I am a planner. I am efficient. I am a hard worker. I am persistent. I am a problem solver.

These are all part of my identity. I'd like to take that a step further. I create abundance. I create opportunity. I am the author of my own story. I hold the pin. I write the book. These are things I repeat to myself often. Daily at times, today is a solid reminder to us. All that language. Powerful the words we use, they matter the way we think towards others, ourselves, our situations, and our deepest goals or desires in life.

If we can control our thoughts and be strategic in the way we speak those thoughts out loud, we will give ourselves a much better platform to create the future. We want. Our beliefs will change our identities. Will change. Our goals will be realized if and when we use the power of language to our benefit.

So shall my word be that goes out for my mouth. It shall not return to me empty, but shall accomplish that, which I purpose and shall succeed in the theme for which I sent it. Guys be more strategic in the way you speak, pay close attention and notice when you need to change. Inner dialogue and let your outer dialogue match those changes.

That's today's actionable. Have a great day everybody. And we'll see you guys back here again tomorrow.
