What up everyone? My name is Dallas Pruitt and welcome to part two of habits for guaranteed success here on the growth cast yesterday, we covered habits one through five. And just for quick review, those are quit being a slave. Do the hard things. Feed the 1% be kind to others and just as important yourself and number five, be hard on yourself today.

I wanted to dive deeper into habit 6 through 10. As we round out this list for guaranteed success. Again, the quote from atomic habits by author, James Clear... goes like this. We don't rise to the level of our goals. We fall to the level of our systems with that in. Here we go numbers six through 10, number six, be a little ignorant.

You have to develop the skill of being able to ignore. This includes being able to endure or produces your increased ability to endure and forget. Look rude. People are going to be aggressive and direct with you. You are also going to experience unintentional slides from people that actually love you and respect you.

Look, if you're going to succeed, you have to be a little ignorant to both of these types of situations from both of these angles. Number seven, speak less. I'll use the words of author Robert Green here. He says powerful people, impress and intimidate by.  less be disciplined because when you are, you actually create a more powerful presence.

Number eight hustle, there is never an excuse to not hustle. Effort is king effort is the pathway to mastery. So, no matter the day, no matter how you feel your job, your number one job. If you want to be great is to give your absolute best. Effort number nine, avoid perfectionism. Winston Churchill said the said the other way to spell perfectionism is paralysis.

Should you keep your standards high? Yes, you absolutely should. But be careful that virtue does not become vice don't. Be obsessed with getting things. Perfect. Get your shots off and increase your percentage with each rep. Approach each attempt with the idea that, hey, there are a number of arrows in the quiver, not just one.

And then number 10, manage your load. Absolute incessant constant activity, not a recipe for great certain resources. Run dry. You have to remind yourself you are not invincible. You can't carry on at the maximum capacity forever. Yes, iron sharpens iron. That's a quote that many of you have heard, but something that isn't often mentioned about iron is that it also wears out.

If it is overworked, eventually you can break and you will, unless you manage your load. All right. Everyone habits for guaranteed success live by these principles. Learn more about them.
