Hey guys, what's going on? Good morning. My name is Dallas Pruitt and welcome to the Daily Drip here on the Growthcast. Truth negative things happen. They have always been a part of life and they will continue to be a part of life. The trick is to not allow a negative mindset to make those experiences and events even hard.

For example, you might have put yourself out there for someone and shared your true feelings. Think back to a time when this has happened, or maybe you're going through it right now, you've allowed yourself to be vulnerable and instead of the other person reciprocating that same, those same feelings they pull away.

Maybe they even go straight cold, right? Many people would say that in that type. Event experience, they were rejected and that is fine because. In terms of a one-time event, technically true, however, staying stuck in that type of mindset creates more negativity. Point in case a negative thing happened, and the negative mindset of I was rejected makes that situation even harder.

The invite today is to stop living in that space and doing that to yourself. You have the. Let me give you some examples, some better examples of what I mean. Here are some simple mindset shifts that produce powerful results. I'm not hurt, broken or damaged. I'm healing. I'm not losing or falling behind.

I'm learning. I wasn't rejected. I was redirected. I didn't fail. I gained experience or I'm not a failure, I'm gaining experience. Look, these are all simple examples that demonstrate the power of flipping the situation for the better for production. The technical term, again, being cognitive reframing, reframing.

This is a tactic. This is a skill set we all must acquire and continue to build on. Again, negative things happen. This is true negative mindsets. However those are chosen. Don't make negative experiences even harder. Choose your lens wisely and allow time and experience to serve you and make you better regardless of whether that thing that happened was negative, positive, or anywhere else in.

Have a great day as usual, my friends, and we will see you guys back here again tomorrow.
