Hey, what's going on my friends? My name is Dallas Pruitt, and this is the Daily Drip here on the Growthcast presented to you by the Multifamily Mindset. For those that are new, Monday through through Thursday here on the Growthcast , you can expect to hear from me. You need to go out and do what you do as a syndicated at an extremely high level in growing your investment business in the multi-family space.
And then Saturdays, Jackson, Campbell, and myself. Again, one of my great colleagues and friends we dive deep into something that we've discussed on the Daily Drip throughout this week, or, and or other topics that we've honed in based off feedback from our network and community of individuals who, again, are here striving to become the best version of themselves and grow the best version of their businesses.
All right, quick rundown, quick. today. What I wanted to do on the drip is I wanted to give you an important skill, right? A reminder, if you will, on, on an important skill that you should be working to hone in on, and that is knowing what to ignore. Yes, knowing what to ignore, knowing what to say no to.
That's a tough task. This day and age. You are bombarded by stimulus 24 7 and there's a lot vying for your attention. Is all of that gonna help you move the needle? No. In fact, a lot of that stimulus coming your way is distraction and it is your job to cons consistently work to weed out distractions from your life, your definite, major purpose, your goals.
There's only so much that's going to help you make substantial progress in that space. It's important. It is important to figure out better and better what to ignore. The flashy, the exciting, the fun. Yeah. Some of it's important. Balance is a, is a real thing, and you are a whole person who has other aspects of your life.
But again, within those priorities, within those aspects that truly. , is there some things that, are there some things that you can be weeding out that are actually detracting or taking away or distracting you from you becoming the best version of yourself? So again, today the reminder is there is an important skill that all of us must work to cultivate and get better at, and that is the skill of knowing what to ignore.
So whatever that is for you, whatever is distracting, whatever is keeping you from being the best version of you, from growing the best version of your business, from being the best leader for your teammates and the mission that you guys are collectively working towards accomplishing, accomplishing, whatever that is, have the courage to make a change and choose.
