Hey, what's going on everybody? My name is Dallas Pruitt, and this is the Daily Drip here on the Growthcast presented to you by the multifamily mindset. For those that do not know, let me connect the dots. Jackson, myself, Tyler, all three of us work on the same team. Obviously, we're part of this podcast, but outside of this podcast, we all work with the same mission, and that is to help people think bigger and tackle successfully.

Tackle multi-family deals in the real estate space, right? Grow as individuals, grow their business and succeed in. Successful investors. We have a set of think bigger, what we call think bigger core values that we focus on in everything we do. I wanted to share one of those with you today and then tie a better question into it for all of you.

And one of those core values is have fun. Our core value reads, we love what we do and who we do it with. We are more productive and become a stronger family when we spend time together and keep things. Smile. Look, it's really easy to get caught in the trap of seriousness. Serious work, right? You're doing important work.

You're on a mission, you yourself want to grow, and at times we can take this process extremely serious and. It plagues our overall happiness throughout that process, right? Throughout the work, because we care so much. Again, we fall into this trap of taking ourselves and our work almost too serious. And I don't know if that's the perfect way to word that, but what we do is we forget to have fun because things are so important, so urgent, and we care so much.

We almost forget to have fun. That having fun is an amplifier. We forget that having fun is not a derailer. It is an amplifier. So, in light of amplifying the work that you are setting out to accomplish today in light of the bigger picture, what I want to ask you is a better question. What do you need to accomplish today and how can you have the most fun possible doing it?

Again, having fun is an amplifier. We love what we. And who we do it with. Let this be your mantra. We are more productive and become a stronger family, a stronger business, a stronger collective group when we spend time together and keep things fun. Smile. Smile today. Whatever it is you need to accomplish, get centered on it, and then do not forget to have fun.
