Hey, what's going on everybody? My name is Dallas Pruitt and this is the Daily Drip here on the Growthcast presented to you all by the Multifamily Mindset. There are some things that seem very paradoxical in the world of growth. So many of these things that we talk about here, Yeah...they're paradoxes.

So, let's use today for an example, becoming a better builder and a producer, right? It's odd to hear, but in order to become a better builder, a better producer and just build and really construct something great., you must first become skilled at deconstructing. That's the focus today. That's the invite to start deconstructing the cool things let's use the feats of endurance athletes as an example. If you'd like to increase your endurance, when you've see an amazing display of it somewhere and within someone., start paying attention to how that person did it. How did they eat leading up to their event, what did their nutritional intake and diet look like?

What did their daily and weekly training routines look like? What's their rest cycle look like? This same type of de deconstruction process actually holds true for anything. If you want to become better at raising funds, step one, find someone who is already a master in that space. Yes, allow yourself to be inspired, but don't stay stuck there.

Step two is to start deconstructing why they are so good at what they do. Start asking questions., what questions do they ask? In what ways do they connect with others? How do their conversations look like? How often are they connecting and how often are they following up? Step three, copy and paste those things and then sprinkle in a lot of personalization along the way.

The better question today for everybody is when something fascinates you and inspires you, are you paying too much attention to the feed itself and not enough attention to the details? Here's the hard truth. The person who thinks, wow, that was so cool. That person is a consumer. The person who thinks, wow, how did they create something so cool?

That person is on the path to becoming a creator. Don't just dip your finger in the mixing bowl and taste the frosting. Today's invite to look for all the ingredients and actually build the entire cake. Have a great day, everybody, and we will see you guys back here on the Drip tomorrow.
