Hey, what's going on everybody? Welcome to the Daily Drip here on the Growthcast presented to you by the Multifamily Mindset. My name is Dallas Pruitt, and let's jump into today's drip. Too many people choose to limit their potential by placing their focus. On the wrong things when it comes to results, when it comes to achieving many, make the grievous error of falling in love with the results instead of falling in love with the process.

Results are great. That being said, here is today's reminder. The more you get lost in the work required for high level results, the more you succeed, the more likely you are to surpass your dreams and achieve something far. Here are some powerful words from Kobe Bryant. He shared this with his daughters on the night of his jersey.

Uh, on the night that his jersey was retired. He said, you guys know that if you work hard enough, dreams come true. You know that, and we all know that. Hopefully what you get from tonight is the understanding that those times when you get up early and you work hard those times when you stay up late and you work hard those times when you don't want to work.

Hard because you're just too tired, but you do it anyway. That is actually the dream. It's not the destination, it's the journey. If you guys can understand that, then you will see hap, then you will see happening. What you will see happen is you won't accomplish your dreams. Dreams won't come true. Far greater will today is an invite to pay more attention to the process in 2023 and beyond.

Notice what it does for you when you engage in your best effort, when you embrace challenges, when you experience setbacks, and shift your paradigm when you fail.  and get back up. Notice what it does for you when you wake up early, when you plan, when you stay up late, when you work hard, even when you don't feel like it, when you give your best, whatever that looks like day to day, when you seek to acquire more information and then implement new ideas.

When you open your perspective, and you take your blinders...

Look, the process is where you must reside mentally. That's where your focus must be laid. The process is everything. It's not the destination, it's the journey. Find joy in it by getting better and better at feeding and understanding. The process and how it is happening for you.
