Hey, what's going on everybody? My name is Dallas Pruit, and this is the Daily Drip here on the Growth. Cast Time is a very valuable resource. In fact it's one of, if not the most valuable resource available to all of us. It's not something that wise people, that leaders who are out there making an impact really just give away unconsciously.

They're very strategic. They're very conscious of the time and how their time and how they allocate it. That being said, It still happens. It still happens all of the time, meaning our time gets robbed from us in the form of drifting mentally and distracted thoughts. So the question today is, how much time have you spent this last week thinking about something or really someone that has no real impact on your day-to-day, your meaning, your mission in life, your purpose, your responsibilities, and that include.

Responsibilities across all spectrums, family, business, life as a whole. It happens. It happens. And honestly, it happens a lot more often than anyone likes to admit. So this week, the invite is to try this. Take your time back, increase your consciousness, find something, identify something, or someone in your life that has been robbing too much of your time in the form of thoughts.

And simply take that time back. Quit robbing yourself. Quit robbing growth in your life. This can be as simple as uninstalling some apps, asking someone else to step in and take the kids to school, or heaven forbid, something as simple as taking a day off at work. On the other end of the spectrum, meaning on that, the bigger end.

This could look as big as quitting a bad relationship or even quitting your job. Now, obviously in Endure first plan and really strategize and think that one through, but this can look like both ends of the spectrum. The point is this. Try this week. Again, find something or someone in your life that has been robbing too much of your time, and simply take that time back.

Take your time back. It's your life. It's your business. They're your goals. These all require you, you and time are the two most valuable resources. You, your energy, your thoughts, your focus, and yes, your time. Take it back. Have a great day today, everybody, and we will see you guys back here again tomorrow.
