Hey everyone. Good morning. Welcome to another drip here on the Growthcast with me Dallas Pruitt. Here's a truth for everybody. The less you fear failure, the more you can learn from it. Today I'd like to give the reminder that failure is an event. It isn't an end point. It. , just an event, A spot on the journey.

Today is an invite to not allow failure to define who you are, because failure is not who you are. Instead, learn from failure and use it to evolve into a better person. You are going to fail many times on your way to successes in life. That's inevitable, literally inevitable. So quit worrying about the inevit.

and instead remind yourself. Remind yourself often that making new mistakes is actually making progress. Making new mistakes is making progress in disguise. Reframe failure. Failure isn't something to be avoided. Making new mistakes is actually what growth looks. , don't buy into the fear and don't buy into the lie.

You don't need to be perfect. You don't need to tippy toe. You don't need to hide your mistakes from others. You actually need to lean further into new experiences and challenges and the new failure that failures that will come with those new challenges as you give your best in figuring it out that.

Evolution. We talk about life, learn, implement, fail, evolve. Those two are linked hand in hand. Without failure, it isn't possible. So again, today's reminder is failure is your friend not a FO to detest or avoid. Have a great day and we'll see you guys back here again tomorrow.
