Welcome back to another episode of the Underground Society Podcast. Today we have the pleasure of having an absolute legend on the show, G-Rex, who has been a part of massive songs like Babatunde and Badders with Peekaboo and Skrillex.
But just like any other success story, there is the road of getting there…
What a lot of people don’t see is that right before he released his breakthrough track “Babatunde” he was working odd jobs like landscaping, hanging up Christmas lights and living the “Starving Artist” lifestyle.
Fast forward almost 13 years into his career and he now has a collab on one of Skrillex’s biggest tracks, and is touring the world playing some of the most wobbly / experimental / trappy goodness that the bass music scene has ever heard.
