Today’s episode is one I’ve been especially looking forward to because we’re talking about something close to my heart: reimagining education.

My guest is Marsha Familaro Enright, an educational entrepreneur and thought leader in independent thinking and self-reliance. Marsha is the founder of Reliance College and the creator of The Great Connections Seminars. For over 25 years, she ran a thriving Montessori school, and now she’s pioneering new ways to help students—and all of us—learn how to think, not what to think.

With her background in psychology and philosophy, Marsha has dedicated her life to cultivating intellectual independence, leadership development, and lifelong success. She’s here today to share why education is broken, how it can be fixed, and what it means for all of us who care about raising the next generation of leaders.
