Show Notes

Welcome to Season 2 of The Koncrete Radio Podcast!

Thanks to your support, we’ve had a successful launch and a great first season. We look forward to the continued support, and I guarantee, things would only get better!

A lot has happened since the last episode as we rolled into Season 2; our President stumbled on his way up to Air Force One, there was a second Mass Shooting; this time in Colorado (prayers to the families of the victims) and the NFT trend continued (still confused about NFT’s? I’ll explain it in simple terms).

Former Minneapolis, Minnesota Police Officer Derek Chauvin is on trial for the murder of George Floyd. The May 25th incident sparked a Nationwide protest, and everyone participated in the fight to hold Chauvin accountable. We will discuss the charges he’s facing and the loophole that may protect him from serving a full sentence if he’s convicted.

Georgia’s Governor Brian Kemp signed a controversial voting law which restricts voting access; some people are comparing the law to Jim Crow. Are these claims too far-fetched? Find out the details of the law and which group the new law will affect.

With the growing acceptance of gender change and identity, we will discuss the Hot Button debate of Biological Men participating in Women’s Sporting events. Would this diminish everything women fought for in terms of rights and equality? Let’s talk about it!
