MONTGOMERY – The Alabama State Board of Medical Examiners has new leadership and two new members. Dr. Max Rogers, a Grove Hill OBGYN, was elected as the new chair of the board and Dr. Hernando Carter was elected vice chair on Saturday. Dr. Rogers previously served as the board’s vice chair and succeeds Dr. Mark H. LeQuire, whose term as chair expired. Dr. Rogers was born and raised in Mobile.
