A ban on “divisive concepts” isn’t enough. For a hot minute, America’s biggest problem was DEI. That is, if you were a consumer of conservative media. In 2024, Alabama’s Legislature set out to show the state was doing its part to combat the so-called “diversity, equity and inclusion” movement by passing a ban on divisive concepts.
