Joyce Allday, 71, of Jackson went to be with Jesus on Aug. 15, 2026, at home with her family. She was born Aug. 31, 1954, in Selma to Frances Virginia Fain and Robert Aaron Bozeman Sr. Joyce graduated from Leroy High School in 1972. She later married Larry Allday and attended Patrick Henry University, where she earned her degree in cosmetology. She worked as a cosmetologist for many years.
