Mrs. Patricia Gray Turner King, 74, passed away peacefully at her home Aug. 12, 2026. She was born Jan. 24, 1952, in Jackson to Thomas White Turner Sr. and Hattie Luisa Parnell Turner. Pat was a longtime resident of Sunflower. She loved her family, especially her great-niece and great-nephews. She enjoyed reading, taking care of her animals and maintaining her home and yard. Pat was instrumental in establishing Washington County EMA 911, where she served as director and enjoyed writing grants for the program.
