Fraser is now retired from the Desautels Faculty of Music at the University of Manitoba, where he directed the bands and taught courses in music education from 1999 to 2016. We were able to speak about his unique path to UofM, some of his great resources through the Manitoba Band Association, highlights from his time at UofM, his famous "adjudication tape" and much more!
