Beyond This Moment with Coach Tanishia A. Johnson

(Replay) Self Care in uncertain Times (Part 1) #breakthestigma #MHAMonth

Spiritual Life Coach Tanishia Johnson

Today I returned home to the devastating news of 2 children in our district whose lives tragically ended, allegedly by their mother. Our hearts, thoughts and prayers are with the families and loved ones of these children and we stand in mourning with our school district community and our community at large. There are no words to express how deeply the heartbreaking loss of these children has impacted many. Many questions have already come to the surface around mental health, support and so many other layers unfolding.

As we remember this month being Mental Heath Awareness Month, I am sharing a replay of a two part show focused on mental health awareness and #breakingthestigma. For both, I am joined a team of clinicians who are experts in this area. They offer tips, resources and support while sharing their experiences and how we can individually and collectively destigmatize mental health. May we take care of ourselves and look out for the well being of others who may need support. Maybe someone today nears to receive this. Be safe, be well!
