Once Lost Now Proud
Self-invention is never over until we allow it to be. We can all be on the receiving end of some pretty impressive curveballs in life, some we never imagine or expect, and we can find ourselves a bit lost; it's the decisions we make at that moment that can change everything. In this podcast, I discuss areas of my life where I felt utterly lost which I'm sure some can relate to. I'll also be joined by some remarkable guests who will be baring all, discussing some of the most painful and challenging times in their lives, with a focus on how they kept going when everything seemed against them and how they've ended up very proud of where they are today. It is my hope that by listening to this podcast it will inspire you to take a leap of faith, because you never know what's waiting for you on the other side!
Once Lost Now Proud
From Coma to Ms Atlas
Scarlett O'Conner is a successful Team GB bodybuilder and gold medal winner of Ms Atlas.
She joins Once Lost Now Proud to tell her story "which could be a movie" of how she found herself at the hands of a narcissistic mother, an alcoholic father and at the age of 12 became homeless with nothing but willingness to be something more.
Scarlett talks of her emotional journey of having a child at 16, being physically abused and nearly dying on holiday, to having a car accident that left her in a coma. Scarlett bares all and describes that pivotal moment in her life when she realised she was made for more.
Scarlett is on a journey to help 1million people break through the limitation of their past, create the life they desire and improve their mental health and relationships.
Once Lost Now Proud is hosted by Tracey Hill and produced by Luke Stannard.
