Self-invention is never over until we allow it to be. We can all be on the receiving end of some pretty impressive curveballs in life, some we never imagine or expect, and we can find ourselves a bit lost; it's the decisions we make at that moment that can change everything. In this podcast, I discuss areas of my life where I felt utterly lost which I'm sure some can relate to. I'll also be joined by some remarkable guests who will be baring all, discussing some of the most painful and challenging times in their lives, with a focus on how they kept going when everything seemed against them and how they've ended up very proud of where they are today. It is my hope that by listening to this podcast it will inspire you to take a leap of faith, because you never know what's waiting for you on the other side!

From Prison to CEO of Fresco Box
In this gripping episode, I'm talking with Abdul Bangura, the Founder and CEO of Fresco Box.
As you will hear, from studying finance and business in college, Abdul took a wrong turn, and found himself imprisoned not once, not twice but three times. One day a cheeky encounter in a prison hallway ended up in Abdul being handed a business card, and from that moment, his life and outlook changed.
Abdul has had the pleasure of meeting some very inspirational people in his life like Sir Tom Shebbeare, SirRichard Branson. He's won business awards and started Fresco Box, which led to him feeding the thousands including some of the best British boxers in the UK.
However, as you will hear, when the highs of success came, so did some awful soul-destroying blows.
He has a drive and determination like no other to reach his goals, and as he says, "that was just the foundation course."
