Self-invention is never over until we allow it to be. We can all be on the receiving end of some pretty impressive curveballs in life, some we never imagine or expect, and we can find ourselves a bit lost; it's the decisions we make at that moment that can change everything. In this podcast, I discuss areas of my life where I felt utterly lost which I'm sure some can relate to. I'll also be joined by some remarkable guests who will be baring all, discussing some of the most painful and challenging times in their lives, with a focus on how they kept going when everything seemed against them and how they've ended up very proud of where they are today. For as long as I can remember, I've found myself having a love and hate relationship with fitness, but mostly love as I find it really helps clear my mind when I've had a few shitty days. So I wanted to speak with someone that for over 25 years, has been wholly committed to their fitness. In today's episode, I talk with Lucy Clark from LC Inspired fitness about how and why she consistently works out every day without fail.
I was intrigued. What is the secret sauce to loving fitness?
Lucy has faced severe health issues, and with that came advice from health professionals on what she could and couldn't do. As you will hear, that was a red flag to a bull, and all that advice did was spur Lucy on to take her fitness and wellbeing to another level whilst taking others along on that wellbeing journey with her.
