Angela King
Angela King, RRT, RPFT, RRT-NPS, has been a respiratory therapist for more than 40 years. She has lectured on home ventilation internationally in 30-plus countries, and she wrote the chapter on home care in Principles and Practice of Respiratory Care. She was awarded the Margaret Pfrommer Honor Lecture by the American College of Chest Physicians in 2025, making her the first RT to receive it. She has provided clinical input for eight ventilator manufacturers. King also owns Good Samaritan Medical, a home care company specializing in mechanical ventilation.
